Jamie was a great salesman. Left us alone until we needed help. He then obliged. We didnt purchase on day 1 but came back for 2nd look and once again Jamie was excellent

We're first time sofa buyers and Emma at the Maidstone branch was really helpful, explaining the payment plan and the insurance cover in complete detail so we knew what we were investing into. We look forward to our delivery and imagine the customer service will be great based on the service we received in store

I came into the store near enough at closing time ‘just to look’. However I found the sofa of my dreams. The lights were out, the music off, but Nick (Aylesford) was brilliant and did the sale for me.

Caroline at your Maidstone branch has literally been outstanding. She instantly put us at ease, was extremely knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at, offered my kids drinks, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were happy. We also spoke to Nick in this branch who was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
In fact we visited a number of your stores including Lakeside where the assistant did a demonstration with water to show how good the fabric was, and Gordon in the Croydon branch was also great.
All in all an outstanding customer experience so thank you to Sofology for having such great people in your stores!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us choose our suite. We dealt with Caroline and Nick on our visits to the showroom. We never felt that we were rushed at any time.

Ordered a sofa in January, 10 week delivery time. Was pushed back 4 weeks withoiut notification. Chased it after 14 weeks, took an extra 2 weeks on top of that….16 weeks for a sofa! I chased & chased, many phone calls and emails. Im still awaiting “a manager or someone higher up” to contact me which should of been within 72hrs!!!! Im now waiting 7 days later. Shocking customer service, fobbed off with its due, it wont let me book your delivery in the system, you’ll be entitled to go down the compensation or cancellation route….im still waiting to escalate my experience further! Delivery day is today…no phone call to say they are an hour away and we are supposed to be the the next & last delivery of the day. Utter shambles!
Instore staff were very good at their job on day 1 but thats the only positive to supply.
