Really relaxed and friendly atmosphere in store.
Wendy was great - she was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She was patient and not at all pushy (as with some other stores, who pounce on you the minute you walk in). She was polite, made us a drink and explained everything really well to us. Thank you.

Friendly staff, sofas are well set out in store and swatches arrived quickly.

Ordered my sofa, chair and footstool from the Coventry branch and the sales team were amazing then there was a delay and it was given to the Retentions team to monitor it and to be honest they were fantastic they sent me some furniture to sit on as I'd got rid of mine cause we totally revamp the lounge and compensated with money back. Although it was frustrating they kept me up to date regularly, Oh and a lovely gesture arrived was a gift box of chocolates and goodies. My new furniture arrived at the depot and they arrange delivery for the weekend, I was worried incase after all the waiting something could go wrong but I couldn't have been more wrong it arrived at my door exactly the time the delivery men said they would be and they were brilliant so professional, they unpacked it put it all together nothing was too much trouble took all the packaging away made sure I was happy with it, Happy it is stunning absolutely beautiful finishes off my room lovely 😍 so yes thank you so much Sofology Team it was worth its wait in Gold. thank you Retention Team.

We visited two store on 4 separate occasions and each time we found the staff to be very helpful and patient. I eventually ordered our sofa and chairs over the phone and Richard gave me some excellent advice and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I would have written a raving review having purchased our Remy sofa from Sofology, Coventry as we are happy with the sofa, however I am extremely disappointed that the scatter cushions we ordered with the sofa have failed to materialise. I was advised that there was a delay with the manufacturer in producing the cushions and having taken delivery of the sofa in December, we were advised that the scatter cushions should be with us early January. It is now early February and still no update as to when and if these will ever arrive. This really has taken away from the enjoyment of our new sofa

the overall experience of shopping in sofology where you can actually look around with out being pestered, andf when you do require assistance the team are very product savvy and great experience.

Staff was did a very good job and experience was perfect. Jessica had a very good marketing skills.It won me over I could not leave the store to check out other stores as planned.

PATHETIC and SHEER INCOMPITANT

DON't buy SOFA or anything from them. I ordered a Regency 3 seater on 23 Sep from Coventry Store with a promise to have this delivered before Christmas. Had to followup constantly as the online portal is SH!T.

Been over 4 months (123 days) and still waiting for this. They managed to send a WRONG color sofa after much chaser and took it back after realizing that mess up.

Not only they caused major stress but continued to use full payment taken from me (interest free) for 4 months. At last they admitted the mess and offered refund or option to re-book the sofa and reset the counter for another 12 weeks (no guaranteed delivery date).

Don't know how this company is still in business. Wasted 4 months and had huge disappointment.

Sofology - If you are reading this, refer your internal request number for whole context(1737648) and DON't ask me to send email anywhere. Rather prove to the online community that you deserve to be in business you claim to be best in.

Mariola was very helpful to help us perfect sofa for us. She advices and give different ideas before we made final choice.

Good customer services on the phone and instore

Extremely helpful staff in both stores we went into. Wendy from the Coventry store went above and beyond moving furniture around so we had a full picture. Explained everything in detail was friendly and approachable and is why we returned to her for our sale.
