An excellent experience on 07/08/26. No pressure to buy. We were dealt with by Tian, who was both knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I were both impressed by his professionalism and his sense of humour. If we ever need another sofa we will definitely use Sofology. We had to amend our order the following day and this was done with no fuss whatsoever.

Great service, very helpful and patient

Made two trips to store these last couple of days, first to have a look and second to order. Met with professionalism and welcoming staff on both occasions. All staff engaged but the two that helped us on both occasions made the purchase so much more easier. Firstly Melissa on the first day, thank you and the Harrison when we came in to order.
Harrison made the experience so much less stressful with his knowledge of the products, had a little hiccup with the order on returning home, straight on the phone to Harrison who sorted the issue immediately and very satisfactorily. Thank you, very much looking foward to our sofa arriving for our new home and would recommend Sofology to everyone 😀

Excellent choice. We were attended to by Harrison who was extremely friendly, informative, helpful and personable. No pressure was put on us but at the same time he answered all our questions and took the pain out of the experience of spending a lot of money!

We went to Sofology in Carlisle for a new sofa and armchair. Callum helped us with some great ideas for colours and styles as we were a bit undecided. He’s very friendly and his help made the whole visit worthwhile.

The Sales person Paul made us feel at ease and explained the different options available to us , in a professional and informative manner.

No pressure, really listened to what i wanted to buy, answered all questions, explained how sofa operates. The members of the team were all courteous, and patient and knowledgeable, and smiling.

We were made to feel very much at home and nothing was too much trouble. We had our Grand-daughter with us trying everything, and they didn't bat an eyelid, they made her a hot chocolate and she sat enjoying the cinema experience. Joe and others answered all questions, all in all a very enjoyable experience ! Thank you x

Very welcoming and helpful staff unfortunately forgot his name , he made everything smooth for us and we are thankful, looking forward to getting our sofa in 12 weeks . Hopefully it will be perfect

I received my new sofa and electric recliner just before Xmas but really disappointed to find the recliner not up to standard with lot of noise with the mechanism broken
I am still waiting for a technician as sofology do not have one in the Carlisle area so beware if you have issues
I’m hoping to get a fix or replacement but still waiting for a third party they are using to sort

Melissa helped us in store today, she was knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process. We were approached shortly after entering the store but left to browse at our own pace. Melissa is a credit to the company and made my experience quick and easy. Thanks

Good choice of products and flexibility in fabrics and features.

The young man that served us was very good very knowledgeable told us in great detail about the suite everything we needed to know,made us welcome and relaxed gave us time to look round, would highly recommend ☺️
