Awful sofa and poor customer service
spent £2000 on a 2 and 3 seater sofa. Arrived Jan 2026. 3 months in and the 3 seater is not as comfortable as the 2. It feels like we are going to slip off. Engineer came and stated there was nothing wrong with it and it was just settling in. I would not have brought it if i had known it would deteriorate in such a short time. Customer services were useless and offered nothing other than for us to pay for an independent report. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE 4 SOFAS A YEAR!!!!!

DO NOT BUY IN STORE
If you buy in store they will tell you that you have a 14 day cooling off period, this is a lie. You cannot cancel any orders past 48 hours even if they tell you otherwise. We are moving house and needed to cancel after 13 days as the new sofa will not fit and we are now trapped with it. Do not listen to the lying salespeople.

Sofology Cannock
We visited the sofology store in Cannock. Jess served us , after explaining to her what we were looking for she gave us a tour of the shop showing all their sofas meeting our requirements, she was very knowledgeable about each one and the suitability of the fabrics. She then let us take a sample home to check the colour in our lounge. We returned a few days later to make the purchase. We cannot thank her enough for the time she spent with us, she definitely made our decision easier .

There was something to suit everyone with the ability to tailor to your exact requirements.
Sales person Linda was awesome. She knew her product and sprinkled in some life advice as well.
