Liz showed us exceptional customer service. She was helpful and friendly and looked after us well from start to finish. We looked elsewhere, but came back to store to buy specifically from Liz.

Had a great shopping experience in Sofolgy at Cannock today. Spoke with Kimberly who was very informative and really kind. She was the sort of person I needed when ordering and explained everything and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel pushed into anything or made to feel rushed. Thank you Kim you have been wonderful 🙂

Liz was amazing from start to finish. She had good knowledge of the stock and was able to identify different ranges on display which matched my needs. She was patient and friendly. She was able to source what I wanted , and then when we returned to the store an hour later to make the purchase it was straight forward and against , liz displayed excellent customer service.
I had originally seen a sofa I liked at a competitor , however the customer service demonstrated by Liz is what made the sale. Thanks Liz.

Friendly and knowledgeable service from Linda gave us all the information and dimensions required and explained the care package and delivery process in great detail. First class service from start to finish.

The sales representative, Shannon, was extremely helpful and clear what the Sofology experience would be. She also left us to browse without interference. Once we had questions she was very helpful and the ultimate ordering process was very slick.

I am sure we will be happy with the sofa and chair we have decided to buy but it was the only which fitted our requirements. The range of choice in different types of styles is more limited than we expected.

Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made useful suggestions and understood my situation (Bad back). I just wanted basic sofas, no reclining, so that's exactly what she sold me. Great service.

I didn’t particularly enjoy the onshore experience. However, I am thrilled with the sofa and the delivery team were awesome.

Polite, efficient, and called in advance as requested.

The sofa itself looks amazing although of course the real test is how it lasts. Hopefully though, it will meet or exceed expectations.

Once again, the delivery team were fantastic. I hope the management take note of this.

We were greeted by Lisa who was so warm and friendly. We were looking to purchase a corner sofa and Lisa made everything so easy and stress free, she explained all we needed to know in great detail. Lisa is a real asset to Sofology, a great sales lady, well done.
