Great customer service
The sales person was there but not hovering. I got all the information I required in a friendly manner and never felt pressured to make a decision.

Really enjoyed our visit to Sofology
Really enjoyed our visit to Sofology. Blackburn. Came away happy we’ve made the right decision after being taken through our options with the sofa we chose. The sales guys took us through everything and we are more than happy at this stage, hoping delivery process goes just as well🤞

Damian Was Very Knowledgeable, Answered All My Questions!
Damian who helped us chose the recliner/lifter chair was Very Helpful and knowledgeable about which best suited my needs!
Having been to several other stores before coming to Sociology, Damian answered all my questions in a Very Professional manner. Didn't feel pressurised at all!
Would Recommend Anyone Thinking of making a purchase of a Disabled Chair to visit this store, Reasonably Priced too!

Great in store experience!
We had a great experience dealing with Damian, the sales rep in store. He welcomed us, explained the boards around the store and asked if we needed help with anything. He then left us to browse and met back with us when we were ready. He answered our questions, explained options and emailed us information that we needed. Not once did he try and push a sale or sell us something we weren't interested in. It was lovely to deal with a friendly and down to earth staff member. We returned the next day, made the purchase and are eagerly awaiting our new sofas.

Wasn’t put under pressure. Left to wander ourselves after the gentleman had explained our options to us which we much prefer. The sales process everything explained to us. Lovely gentleman who helped us. We can’t wait for our new sofa

Great service
Great service, helped with every question and went above and beyond to try and find us a sofa for Christmas cut off. Answered every question and didn’t rush us even though we were last in the store

Excellent service
Excellent service, Damien was very helpful and courteous with a great product knowledge.
Other team members were also very friendly, giving the right amount of help and support, as well as space to let us decide.
Would highly recommend the store and staff at the Blackburn branch.
