We weren’t pushed in any way, we were approached on arrival, but only to tell us about the store and our options and were allowed to browse freely, once we had picked our sofa we were guided by Mick who gave us amazing advice and guidance on our purchase, the experience was amazing.

Checked in with us when we arrived but we felt no pressure. Free to browse, sit, browse, sit, for as long as we required.

Wide range of product (from trendy to traditional) in an open, contemporary setting. Not once did I feel I was being sold to: the friendly staff will help you if you like and otherwise leave you alone to browse. Happy to use again.

We’d unsuccessfully been looking quite a while for a specific small sized suite to suit our needs when we visited Blackburn Sofology. Our initial impression was that they had a great selection in an attractive showroom, but then we also found the staff very helpful too; there was absolutely no pressure, but we were made aware that there was help available should we need it. We received initial advice, but then the staff retreated for us to browse around the 2 floors on our own. We did actually find the perfect small sofas at Sofology, and with the expert help of Nash advising us on the various choices of colours, fabrics and even chair legs, we purchased it. We received great aftercare advice from her, plus she informed us that we could even get the suite shipped straight to our offshore address too, which incidentally saved us a great deal of trouble. Thankyou once again for all your help Nash!
