A furniture dealer's reputation and integrity depends upon two commitments: to stand behind the quality of their products, and to stand up for the customer and make it right when things go wrong. Sofas and Sectionals explicitly promises: "...we select each product carefully to meet our exacting standards of quality and design excellence. We guarantee the integrity of every product we sell, along with the quality of the personalized service you will receive..." "These values are centered around one thing - taking care of you like we would take care of a family member. We take these values very seriously... We’re honest, if something goes wrong we will fix it".
Our mostly leather Palliser sofas, which the S&S salesperson assured were high quality and durable (we'd never notice the difference between the leather and "bonded" material on the back) peeled, cracked, and shredded in less than 3 years. Turns out that the 5-year Uniter extended warranty they sold us specifically EXCLUDES peeling and cracking, and the manufacturer could care less, too. So, based on S&S company promises to “fix it”, we naively anticipated that Sofas and Sectionals would stand behind their products and stand up for their customers.
Customer support finally got back to us after nearly 8 weeks - only when we told them we were posting reviews - with no resolution. Apparently the Sofas and Sectionals promise to resolve situations applies “whenever possible”. And apparently a lifespan of 3 years for a leather sofa is acceptably within their "exacting standards of quality".
Our experience of Sofas and Sectionals: false and misleading advertising -- unacceptable response -- lack of customer care and commitment -- empty promises.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase my new Flexsteel furniture from Sofas and Sectionals. Cory was absolutely fantastic! I spoke to him on several phone calls over a week with different questions and clarification. He was extremely helpful going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and assured me everything was in good order.
The local delivery service they used were very friendly, professional, and took great care of moving each piece. We did have 1 small (plastic) caster wheel on the ottoman that was damaged at some point after leaving the factory and the recliner had a faulty electric switch (not damaged, faulty).
This is where Elaine comes in. One call to Sofas & Sectionals customer service team is all it took. Elaine immediately ordered a new caster and switch direct from Flexsteel. After the new caster and switch arrived at my home, Elaine coordinated a day for a local repair technician to install the new caster and switch. The technician was, again, courteous, professional, and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes!
Unless I need furniture immediately, I will never purchase from a brick and mortar store ever again. I saved a TON of money using Sofas and Sectionals by taking advantage of direct manufacturer shipping and did it ALL from the comfort of my own home. Additionally, with the money I saved, I was able to purchase their extremely low-priced 5-year extended warranty package on every piece I ordered. Cory and Elaine were very knowledgeable on every aspect of their expertise. No high pressure sales, no taking advantage of short-term “sale” tactics, just straight forward help and support, literally, from start to finish, with additional peace of mind for years to come. THANK YOU, Sofas and Sectionals! Unless I’m looking for a manufacturer they don’t use, I will never purchase furniture from another source! THANKS AGAIN for everything!!!

They stood behind their product by accepting a return on chairs that had severe off-gassing. It's not their fault of course. It was the manufacturer. But neither was it ours and they showed integrity by picking them up and providing a refund. This was our second order with them. The first was a sofa from another manufacturer and that went beautifully. Their prices are good and with service like this, I trust them enough to choose them over a local store.

Great company to deal with. Excellent customer service. Had to (sadly) cancel an order and it was easy to do. Restocking fee was reasonable and the company worked with me to minimize return costs. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely shop here in the future.

Sofa and Sectionals was so easy to work with. They helped me select fabric samples for two swivel chairs. I received two beautiful chairs in a timely matter. They responded to all my questions in a helpful and professional manner. I would definitely purchase from them again.

2 years ago I bought a rake recliner from Sofas and Sectionals during this time the mechanism broke 4 times now it's broken again, since the warranty ran out, they won't send the part I need to fix it. I had a tech out the guy said he has seen this allot in there chiars, beware if you buy from these ASSHOLES. My lawyer doesn't want me to say anything further it may hurt my case.

Contacted the company to buy a second Rake Beast recliner. Service was terrific. Received color samples. Delayed decision. Re-made decision to purchase. Called to place order. Needed to wait for order to be completed, but well worth it. Order arrived as expected and we are enjoying it a lot. Oh and our first Beast recliner is still going strong!

We couldn't be happier with our Maverly sectional (Best Home Furnishings) and the customer service we received from Sofas & Sectionals. The cushions are perfectly plush without being too soft. The quality is outstanding-the fabric feels luxurious and durable, and the overall construction feels rock solid-HIGHER standard than Lazy Boy for much lower price!! I would recommend this sectional and company to anyone looking for top-tier quality, heavenly comfort, stunning looks, and peace of mind! 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for satisfaction!!

I thought it would be hard for me to order furniture that I had never seen in person but Cory was so informative and helpful throughout the process that I felt very confident doing so. Unfortunately, the first sofas that I ordered had some issues that made them unacceptable to me. This is a true test of a business- to see how they stand behind their product and resolve problems. I'm happy to say that everything was resolved and I'm quite satisfied with the furniture we now have. Shout out to Sarah for listening to all of my issues patiently and helping me through it all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We ordered our Marquis Reclining Sectional in November 2025 after receiving multiple swatches from the company. We ended up going with Southern Motion Brady Navy.

Since the fabric was out of stock, it took a while to be upholstered but still ended up being done way before the 6-month time frame we were given. It shipped the end of January and was delivered to our home in February.

The Brady Navy was a lovely color and accurate to the swatch. The upholstery was done very well although it could have been better for the wedge piece. Since the couch is custom ordered, they upholstered each part by hand. The wedge piece was a little snug and uneven but the rest of the couch was done very thoughtfully. We hope it will stand the test of time!

The shipping company forgot to include a power cord for one of the recliners but Sofas and Sectionals was kind to ship one immediately. Ours comes with the 5 year extended warranty.

It might be concerning to order a couch through a website instead of in person, but there are many people I had contact with throughout the process. Cory was especially helpful. The site really does work and our order was accurate. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it. From start to finish, the customer service was next-level—responsive, genuinely helpful, and they actually cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
And the couch? Unreal. Easily the best I’ve ever owned. It’s ridiculously comfortable but still looks high-end and put together. The quality is obvious the second you sit down—sturdy, supportive, and built to last. It completely upgraded the feel of my entire space.
Delivery was smooth, communication was clear, and there were zero headaches (which is rare these days). Honestly, this is how every furniture-buying experience should be.

I was leery of buying furniture online but the price was cheaper than the local store. So I did my research and this seemed to be a trusted company. I am so glad I did! Sofas and Sectionals had the best customer service right from the start. Quick responses from a real people. Recently the charger stopped working in the recliner and they were quick to order a new part and send a repairman to replace it. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I sent emails to the company asking for fabrics for a sofa. I had a chair upholstered so I had to get a fabric that went along with it. They sent me several swatches which made it easier to decide the perfect one. I received my sofa in great shape.

Everyone has been wonderful throughout the ordering, to the delivery, to the repair, of our Beacon 798. They've been courteous and very attentive to our emails. Sarah has been amazing to work with. So very cordial, professional, and on top of things. Our experience all around has been amazing!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Every interaction with this company has been pain staking. They continue to over promise and under deliver. First it was a "pricing error" which jumped the price of a sofa by nearly $2000!!! I was told via email, they would make it right. Next a manager got involved and did not hold to the email and phone conversation promise given by their employee. So we moved onto a more "affordable" option that would meet my needs. Worked for nearly a week with Cory to only be told a price that is $500 higher than a local retail store in my area (Southern Illinois). But was told "everyone" says they beat anyone's prices by THOUSANDS!!! One thing to note: The original couch I wanted was listed on their website for $7900 but when searching the same exact couch, nowhere on the internet could I find it for more than $3000. Over inflated prices and never followed through with their word!! I highly recommend staying local and being treated better than this company!!!

Our agent Sarah was very helpful. She did everything she could to get the issue resolved. Always stayed in contact right to the end.
