Robert the owner, provided an excellent service. Kept me updated regarding delivery being flexible when I needed to change the original date. Polite, friendly and efficient. Assembled the sofa very quickly and aptly explaining how it converted into a sofa bed and the storage available. Was very tidy and took time wash hands before assembling so as not to stain the sofa. Very happy with the sofa and the price paid. Highly recommend Sofafox not only do they have a good selection of sofas at reasonable prices their customer service great and especially Robert who is fantastic!

Robert is a lovely friendly man he carried it all in himself. Unpacked the corner sofa set it up with no help did offer assistance and showed me how it works and explained how to clean it etc ,also took all the packaging away it's a gorgeous sofa I'm very happy indeed

Bought a sofa from these on 30/06/2023 and within 3 months the sofa is no good. I have tried numerous times to get issue resolved and numerous times I have been ignored. Is this how customers are treated.??

After having issues with another sofa company I was so stressed out that I wouldn't have a sofa in time for Christmas. I came across Sofafox and seen the great reviews and decided to give it a go. I called Robert first before I placed my order on the 23rd of November and he promised me it would be here just in time for Christmas, he came all the way to Scotland. I messaged him and called him a few times during this wait asking for reassurance because I really was worried I would be let down again and each time he reassured me! He arrived on the date he promised, unpacked, and set the sofa up for me. He's so lovely and chatty, and I can't fault the guy on anything! Love my new sofa, and I would highly recommend. Thank you Robert for your service!

So happy with my new sofa bed. Mr Robert deliver and assembled it in less than 20min! This is very comfortable, have a nice storage space and easy to open. Great price! Fully recommend.

Spent a long time looking at reviews for various sofa companies in the same price range, and after seeing all the reviews here (and on google), we decided to take a chance with Sofafox. Well Robert definitely didn't disappoint!!

It took about a week and half from ordering to delivery. Robert delivered to us, down a grass track and some steep, uneven steps, in rural North Wales with no problems. It can't have been easy but he just got on with it - he had the sofa in the house and assembled really quickly. Really happy with the sofa (Isabelle), we ordered the standard colours (grey + yellow) for faster delivery, and it looks really nice. The sofa itself is firm enough to support you, and squishy enough to be comfy. It's easy to convert to a bed, and has enough storage to fit all bedding in when it's not a bed, and the back cushions when it is a bed which is a really handy feature. Really happy with the quality for the price, it feels well made and sturdy, as well as being lovely and comfortable. Would recommend to others and would come back in future myself should I need anything else.

My experience with Sofafox has been fantastic. Robert and his son Julian were very helpful in carrying the Amber Sofabed furniture up 2 flights of steps on his own. Both were professional at all times. They quickly assembled the sofabed in seconds. Excellent people and an excellent service.

I am absolutely satisfied with everything. And the price, and the customer service, and the quality of the sofa on 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality of sofa. We ordered a sofa bed and chose the colours and material we wanted. Robert kept us informed with delivery date. The sofa was delivered to the room we chose plus it was put together and demonstrated how to use. I have to say the quality and workmanship of the sofa is outstanding!!! Over the moon is an understatement 😀.

Sofafox have been amazing! Robert was very accommodating with our situation and was extremely clear with communication. Robert called me on the day of delivery to advise the driver had unfortunately fallen ill and wouldn't be able to do the originally planned afternoon delivery and instead would deliver in the morning, he kept in contact to let me know how far away he was and how long he'd be. On arrival he introduced himself and began unloading the parts of the sofa for us to unwrap, he was very quick getting them up to our first floor flat! He then assembled the sofa and demonstrated the ottoman and how to convert it to a bed, amazing service and a great price!

Great customer service when I messed up my order twice!! We got AMBER which is a sofa bed and it's simply gorgeous, spacious storage, comfortable and 100% great quality!
Delivery was quick!!! The guy brought the sofa up to the 1st floor, and put it together.
It's a hefty heavy sofa so I am glad he did!
I've had this sofa since July 2022 and has been in regular use since!
Already had guests sleep over and they all gave good feedback.
P. S It is a quite firm sofa so used a mattress topper to make it a little more soft!
