Very pleased with the sofa bed. I contacted them prior to ordering to ask how quickly it could be made and delivered. It was delivered less than 2 weeks later.
We’ve had one guest stay who assures us it is very comfortable.

We asked whether our delivery could be sped up by a few days and they very helpfully managed to arrange this for us.

I was very nervous about buying a sofa bed I had not had a chance to sit on or feel, or even see in real life. It is a big committment and a fair chunk of money. The sales team was amazing, answering all my questions and emails, offering really patient advice.

The SofaBed is exactly what I was wanting. And the delivery was when scheduled, absolutely professional andjust seemless.

Sofa bed looks excellent and look forward to it being used soon. There was a problem with the zip on the seat cushion but when I rang the company they said they would make me another straightaway and post so I should get in a couple of days, which I duly did.

Despite measuring of my doorways and careful detailed communication, the first delivery attempt failed as item too big. The delivery men were friendly but not helpful at all. I got to speak with customer service which sounded outsourced to another part of the earth. I had guest coming to stay, but there was no sopha bed, which was tricky. They kindly arranged redelivery with an adjustment made to the item which was nice.

Clearly they haven’t been published - communication and customer service poor, not delivered within the 28 days as stated several times in the website, not delivered to room by 3rd party, bolt on arms took my husband and I nearly 2 hours because you can’t see the receiver thread to the bolt. Very heavy sofa made from MDF.

Great selection of styles and fabrics to create a customised sofa exactly as you want it. Communication re progress of my order and delivery dates was excellent. Delivery was expertly handled too, with my sofa delivered exactly to the 28 day timescale promised in the website. Excellent service all round!

Hassle free experience from placing the order to receiving delivery. The sofabed fits perfectly into the space, looks great, and is very sturdy both as a sofa and bed.

Great looking sofa bed, does what it says on the tin and James in customer service is really lovely and helpful. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is the the bolt on arm was a nightmare to get on, the screws didn’t line up well and at one point we nearly gave up, the instructions given didn’t really do much. At last though we managed!

A very efficient and reliable company. James went out of his way to resolve a delivery issue I had, which was NOT their fault. I think he is a real asset to the company and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I am very pleased with the sofabed, good quality and well made. Many thanks James and Andrew.
