The service was great, the delivery was great, the sofa is fabulous. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Very high-quality furniture and excellent customer service. We had a slight issue with the delivery company and sofabed.co.uk went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. Can not recommend this company highly enough - we felt very valued as a customer

Excellent customer service from the first contact until delivery of the sofa. This business is really what every other business should aim for. They go the extra mile to provide a good customer service and they really show that they care about the customer in every step of the process. I haven't had my sofa for long but I really love it. It is exactly what I was looking for, it looks of great quality and my guests said they slept very well on it.

Very personal and helpful service and a wonderful sofa bed.

Service was first rate. The sofa bed is of a very high standard, and we’re very impressed with it. Communication from the company was great, and they managed to make and deliver our sofa for the date we needed. Delivery to the room was professional and tidy. Cannot recommend them enough if you want a great quality sofa bed.

Excellent from start to finish.
Order placed easily, on the website.
Delivery exactly when expected.
The quality of the box bed is superb.
The delivery guys were professional.
Would recommend this company, and product, highly.

We are thrilled with this company from start to finish. James in particular was a lovely guy, cheery, polite, knowledgeable & accommodating - he took the time to demonstrate the mechanisms of the sofa beds & allowed us to lie on the two types of mattresses which helped us to decide which was best for us. He didn’t try to push a sale & was happy to give us as much time as we needed. Their swatch variety is very extensive - so many beautiful colours & materials to choose from! The delivery was swift & seamless - the 2 delivery guys were friendly & professional - they even pulled the sofa-bed out so that we could check that we were happy with it before they left. And as for the sofa-bed itself it’s just what we wanted - it’s plush, neat & VERY comfortable (both to sit on & lie on). We went for the Chelsea sofa-bed & opted for all 3 of the upgrades that they offer (mattress/hotel action/bed width)…definitely worth the extra cost for the extra comfort. What a fantastic British (& local to us here in Cheshire!) company!!

Thanks guys 😃

Great company more than happy with my sofa bed

I ordered a Chaise Longue Sofabed and I am delighted with both the quality of the Chaise and the service received.

I highly recommend Sofabed.Co.uk to anyone and everyone 😁😁

The website was easy to use and the communication was excellent around delivery times. The delivery was on time, and they got the bed up a very narrow flight of stairs without any issues.

The ottoman bed I ordered looks well made and looks good in the room. While we haven't slept on it yet as we got it for guest use, I did lie on it and it seems very comfortable, (but I do like a firm mattress). The mattress itself is only 67cm wide, but it will be fine for the occasional guest. There is plenty of clearance between the frame underneath and the trampoline-style base, so you don't feel any bars when you lie on it. I think it will work out very well.

Wide selection of fabrics and they sent free samples. Sofa was made on time and delivered on schedule, no problems.
Quality of build and materials feels very good.
Really happy with my purchase.

Excellent and prompt service from ordering sample swatches to delivery of the product. Lovely people in customer services, too, when we needed to clarify delivery details.

Delivery communication was extremely limited and I was only contacted on the day. There was only 1 driver so I had to help lift and manoeuvre the sofa bed upstairs with him.
The colour of the sofa isn’t exactly as I would have liked but I know I can’t do anything about this…
Sofa itself is great - fits exactly where I want it.

Delivery guys were exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better service.

Very helpful when I asked where the sofa bed was. Did take a little longer than advertised, just over 4 weeks.
Delivery guys lovely, put in situ and took a photo took all packaging away. Sofa great very pleased. Will order from them again for sure.

Excellent quality sofabed and great customer service. I fully recommend.

Excellent product as described! Good communication from the company.
