Sent wrong item and after weeks of chasing for a reply. Nothing. Do not shop there!

Terrible! Avoid!!!!
Ordered item on April 13 still not arrived (May 20th).
Have contacted them multiple times via chat and email no response. Wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews myself. Shocking company.

Ordered over 5 weeks ago and have not received any useful correspondence. I have asked for a refund but have not heard anything since, very disappointing and would not recommend

Skins arrived after a few weeks, but didn’t fit my sofa. I tried to contact customer service via email 3 times but have not had a response. The skins came with Chinese writing on the label so I think the English website is a disguise as no one is responding ‘within 24-48hrs as per their website. Awful service, I wish I had read this before buying from them.

It’s really weird to see all the bad reviews as I ordered 2 sofa skins from them. The quality is amazing, I’ve washed them once and the material hasn’t differed at all. I’m really impressed and whilst delivery can take a while, I will order from there again as I have another sofa I would like the same cover for. It is abit harder to get a response from them then most companies but for me I’m just happy my items arrived and are quality items!

Ordered a sofa cover on the 11 april.still hasnt arrived,contacted customer service a week ago they said they would investigate and gt bk to me thst was 1 week ago and still no reply.terrible customer service.

First time we have used this company.
Sadly very unimpressed with the customer service.
Would be put off using again for this reason.

It's like having a full on wrestling match to make these fit my two settee sofa. Quality really poor and sheer. Covers do not drape over the sofa like in the video. Bad buy.

Product arrived, but nothing like the picture (colour and pattern was wrong). Promised a refund which I'm still waiting for 2 months later.

Had these for a little under a year and safe to say that these are absolutely terrible covers. Sheer, really baggy and loose, slips off the couch constantly and doesn't stay stuffed into the couch so a huge wad of loose fabric hangs over the front of it - the little foam pieces don't do anything. Would never recommend to anyone. The pillow cover seams had a huge holes in 3 out of the 4 pillows after the second or third time washing the covers.

Appalling company to deal with, item does not fit as it should and quality is not great either. have spent a week emailing and messaging and still no reply or refund!! Seems like they are disguised as a UK website but package came from China, probably why it took 3 weeks to come!

Offered a refund very quickly when I questioned the quality and reviews of the product.
The product arrived and although it doesn't fit great, its manageable.

Wish I looked at trust pilot before ordering from these bandits. Item looks completely different from the one ordered and no response to emails about a return. So basically I am stuck with a product which is damaged and that I don’t want.

As others have said no response to emails! Checked sizing and it does not fit the sofa ordered for!
Baggy in places and not covering the sides of the sofa!

Honestly avoid, we thought the reviews may be a bit harsh but it's honestly terrible, stuck out of pocket and very annoyed

Update: please see companies House listing (company no.12573738) the company was struck off. No idea how/why they are still selling, but may explain why so many people have no recourse for a refund/get any communications back from this company.

I ordered two covers, one arrived (after 22 days!) and no foam inserts for the install. Despite online chat, emails etc I have had absolutely no response. So I am out of pocket to the tune of £50 with no products to show for it

When I ordered and read the reviews I thought oh no what have I done 🙈
Anyway they did arrive within the month and they aren’t a bad fit, with 2 toddlers and a dog at home they are good for what I need.
A little baggy at the bottom but they tuck in under the seat cushions. Haven’t been through the wash yet so can’t comment on that.
Quite transparent when stretched, went for a dark grey colour. Keep your expectations realistic they aren’t luxury quality but they do the job, if you want to transform your couch, get a new one ultimately is what I’d say

This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with! Almost 2 months later, after having contacted customer service 5 times (?!) I still have no sofa skin. The only way to contact the company is via email/chat- no phone service, and many times I have been told that my query has been forwarded and that someone will get back to me. Nobody ever does!

I have returned my order on the 8th January. Since then I have sent a number of emails asking for my refund. I have not had a single response. Where is my £54???

Looks like a teenage boy’s bedroom sheet from the 90s. Nothing like the picture. Awful, awful quality and not as described. Avoid this company at all costs.
