Vorsicht bei SocialSensor – Unerwartete Abbuchungen nach einer Testzahlung

Ich habe über Apple Pay eine Testzahlung in Höhe von 1 US-Dollar für einen Dienst von SocialSensor vorgenommen. Danach wurden weitere Beträge von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, mit denen ich in dieser Form nicht gerechnet hatte.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und fühle mich über die tatsächlichen Kosten des Dienstes nicht ausreichend informiert. Ich habe lediglich die Testzahlung bewusst vorgenommen und bestreite die zusätzlichen Abbuchungen, soweit ich diesen nicht ausdrücklich zugestimmt habe.

Ich fordere SocialSensor auf, mein Abonnement umgehend zu kündigen, weitere Abbuchungen einzustellen und die unberechtigt belasteten Beträge zurückzuerstatten.(#263015)

Ich empfehle anderen Verbrauchern, die Bedingungen für Testangebote und mögliche automatische Verlängerungen vor der Zahlung sehr genau zu prüfen.

Solange dieses Problem nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst ist, kann ich SocialSensor nicht empfehlen.

A $1 trial turned into €40.21 in unexpected extra charges. I approved one $1 payment through Apple Pay and did not knowingly agree to any additional purchases.

Support claimed I selected paid extras but admitted they could not provide records showing my specific agreement beyond their order data. Despite repeated requests, they refused a refund.

Unclear pricing, frustrating customer service, and no satisfactory resolution. I would never use SocialSensor again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

She is helping me alot with my refund im still waiting for it to come threw but she is insuring me

I never subscribed and they took my money twice!!! Until now I have no answer for emai I have sent about canceling this subscription what I never wanted. I just opened it on ig and then left! Refund my money! Number of my conversation: 246834
