They are being investigated by the police and stopped making payments. It looks like I have lost £16k with them. I would definitely stay away from them and anyone who is not regulated by the FCA.

FRAUD!!! RUN AWAY AS QUICK AS YOU CAN!!!!!

I've been an investor since March 24, they have never missed a payment, and they fully explained all the securities to me when I questioned it. Communication is always great and I've now invested in 4 deals in total.

I started off with one investment and waited to see it come through, I was introduced to Jen through my wife who was enquiring about making investments. I can truly say the Jen was polite and explained everything to me and kept in touch all through the process. There was no "hard sales type pressure that you get from some off these company's". I would definitely invest with this company again if i had more funds to invest, your investment is in safe hands.
Since my first investment, my daughter has also invested with this company.
Keep up the good work Jen and Social Housing.

I am so pleased I made these investments, they are a great way to earn a substantial passive return. I was introduced to them by Jess Stewart, who was so helpful and eager to answer all my questions. At first like many, I thought these deals were too good to be true! But Jess was great at explaining the model, how my money would be used and the process of receiving my return. I like the fact that SHG are committed to contributing to solving the current housing crisis. Repurposing empty buildings, reducing the costs to taxpayers of housing people in hotels. All transactions were dealt with through a solicitor and after the 90 period I am now receiving my payments. So happy, I am currently considering investing more. Thanks Jess for all your knowledge and assistance!

Very informative and persuasive introduction from Jess Stewart relating to a very interesting investment. Straightforward and smooth process.

As with most investors, I was apprehensive at the start investing in the R2R model and having that feeling that it is too good to be true. I can safely say it has been many months investing with SHG and everything has gone according to plan and they have delivered as per the contractual terms. I am super pleased with my investment so far and will be investing in future again. Jen has been an absolute pleasure to work with, there every step of the way and I couldn't thank her enough which only adds to my confidence in investing with SHG. It really is as good as it gets.

I’ve invested with Emma Brand. During the whole process she made it easy and simple. I wasn’t so sure at first, so I took my time. Emma was able to answer any queries I had. I felt really assured with her. After investing, she send me a gift, which I was not expecting at all, it was really kind of her. I also received my first payment on time. I invested in February. After the 90 day waiting period, and now I have received my third payment. There were minor issues with the exact dates of first payment, and delays due to some admin issues, which were resolved fairly quickly. Zara has been a great help at all stages. She has been very accommodating to my needs by ensuring a shariah compliant contract. I hope to reinvest in future.

I invested with Social Housing Group just under two years ago, and I can honestly say it was the best decision. I have never invested in anything before, but I saw one of Sam’s posts online and I thought I’d book a call.
Sam explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgable. Since investing I have received 23 monthly payments totalling over £16,000. I receive the payments every single month, in the full amount, exactly as stated, and I don’t have to do anything. I will definitely be calling Sam back to reinvest next month when I have received all of my initial investment back!

I've been investing with The Social Housing Group for the last 4 years; I was investing with The Social Housing Group before they were The Social Housing Group! Jack was sourcing us single-let properties and converting to 4/5 bed HMOs and leasing to social housing providers. This was a long process, and we weren't able to house people quickly enough at the rate required.
