Recensione xSeed2 – Un salto di qualità enorme
Sto utilizzando i nuovi parastinchi modello xSeed2 (versione più piccola) e ci tenevo a condividere la mia esperienza, perché il miglioramento rispetto al primo dispositivo è davvero evidente.
Il primo grande upgrade è la batteria: la durata è impressionante, molto superiore al modello precedente. Questo permette di affrontare più sessioni senza preoccuparsi della ricarica.
Il secondo punto di forza è la velocità nel chiudere le sessioni. Il passaggio dal vecchio dispositivo al nuovo è stato netto: ora tutto è più rapido, fluido e immediato. Hanno davvero fatto un salto di qualità enorme.
Voglio anche sottolineare l’eccellente supporto del Customer Care: ragazzi giovani, disponibili, veloci nelle risposte e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Un’assistenza così è davvero rara e fa la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.
In conclusione, la mia esperienza con xSeed2 è stata super, super positiva. Complimenti per l’upgrade e per la professionalità mostrata.

È da giorni che scrivo perche non riesco più a caricare i parastinchi ma nessuno risponde.
Sono uno dei primi clienti quando tante funzionalità non erano ancora attive.
Un bel giorno senza nessun avviso mi hanno tolto anche quelle che avevo e sono diventate a pagamento con abbonamento premium.

Aggiorno la sopracitata recensione dopo la quale sono stato immediatamente contattato da un gentilissimo collaboratore.
In contatto continuo con sig.Zia, come Marketikng&sales Specialist presso la soccerment, abbiamo constatato che la batteria dei miei parastinchi (dopo un lungo periodo di non utilizzo) era andato in sottotensione e per questo non si riusciva più a caricarli.
Ha immediatamente predisposto la pratica per la sostituzione perché acquistati a luglio 2023, e quindi ancora in garanzia.
Parastinchi arrivati in giro di pochi giorni e testati con successo.
il parastinco destro ci mette un pò di più a collegarsi via bluetooth ma non è un problema.
Aspettato di utilizzarli i partita a settembre per avere un quadro completo.
Mi è stato offerto anche un periodo di prova con l'abbonamento premium e non vedo l'ora di testare.
Aggiorno la mia recensione da 1 stella a 5 per il trattamento avuto, anche se per essere corretti si dovrebbe fare una media perché il cliente va seguito sempre e non solo quando non lascia recensioni buone.

Accettiamo con grande serietà la tua critica costruttiva sui tempi di risposta iniziali, il nostro obiettivo è offrire un supporto tecnico sempre reattivo, non solo per rimediare, ma per accompagnare ogni giocatore.
Goditi il periodo di prova con l'abbonamento Premium; vedrai che le metriche avanzate (come gli xG e l'analisi tattica) ti daranno una nuova prospettiva sul tuo gioco.
Riguardo al collegamento Bluetooth del destro, verifica sempre che il firmware sia aggiornato tramite app, spesso ottimizza la velocità di connessione!

product doesnt work, customer service is missing ?
good idea but does not work. paid for premium but waste of money as no data will download / no matches can be saved. have reported issues with support since february 2025 but only can chat certain times or you have to raise a support ticket.
the standard respose is 'update firmware' yet the app does not tell you what version is installed or on the website what is the latest version.
i think your product could be good but you have released it before it was robust. my daughter has lost faith in the shin pads and I wish we had bought another system.
there is a saying 'buy cheap and buy twice'

I had some problems initially, but overall, it's a great and innovative product. You can see a lot of useful stats using the shin pads. It makes you push harder during the game and play better.
