It was very clean and good location
It was very clean and in a nice quiet location. Ramona communicated very clearly and I had most things I needed, the only small problem was that It would’ve been better if I was able to use a washer/dryer in the apartment, But I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Please note that we have three laundry rooms conveniently located on the lower ground, first, and second floors, making them easily accessible to all apartments in the building. Additionally, we offer a room service laundry collection and delivery service for your convenience.

Petite, but immaculate accomodation
The customer service and communications were exceptional through my 3 day stay… answering all queries within a matter of minutes!
The location was perfect for us, the free car parking over the weekend a nice bonus and although the actual room is on the small side, the whole building is immaculate, and has two large communal kitchens should you feel that you need more space… would definitely recommend!

Thanks for your explanation... and yes, just to confirm, I did make a VERY last minute request to change to a ground floor accommodation, which you swiftly obliged, so I'm definitely not complaining. But great to know that you have a range of sizes for the future! :)
