I have not received my order yet and no follow up on the progression. After 2 weeks, it showed "label created" and that's it. Still waiting after 3 weeks.

While searching online for local products, I came across this company—and it truly felt like discovering a hidden gem. The website was easy to navigate, the soap descriptions and customer reviews were very helpful, and my order arrived right on time. I also appreciated the discount offered. Seeing and smelling the soaps in person was another delightful experience!

There was a little confusion on my post about delivery and I wasn't sure if my order has gotten sent back due to my own mistake and the confusion was managed and was cleared up very quickly thanks to a quick email response and I got my package the immediate next day

I had problems on their site and they were very helpful and walked me through the steps. I had bought some of their products before and the reviews from the people I gave them to as gifts were raving. The products arrived well packed a few days after ordering.
