Very good quality, we received a pillow but unfortunately the face was a bit stretched, I contacted the company and they very kindly issued a replacement and managed to shrink image so it didn’t appear as stretched. So grateful, and will have a happy boy on his birthday.
Ordered from Snugzy before but this one came only printed on one side of the cushion and the entire back of the cushion is just blacked out and its considerably smaller than my others. I am so disappointed with this order as nowhere on the listing did it say that this was only printed on one side with the entire back of the cussion blacked out, nor that they have reduced the size down. I have previously bought these before and recommendation family and friends to also order from you so I know how the standard to expect and therefore I obviously assumed it would be the same standard as the other Snugzys but it's not. I have also gone through the many photos of other buyers they advertise and they show the design going around the back of the cushion too. I was informed that they have changed their previous designs of printing it on both sides to now just one side due to the "see your design". I'm not sure why this therefore means they can't print it on the otherside too or why they have shrunk the size of the cussion down considerably other than to save on money. But for the consumer it's now a very expensive novelty cushion that looks unfinished and odd next to the other snugzys at a small size with an ugly jet black back to it. There was no description that the back would be complete blacked out, or the size discrepancy and different from all the previous others. I think at an absolute minimum the price should reflect that you are only getting half a printed cussion and not the previous 100% on both sides and at a smaller size than used to be sold for the same price and there should be adequate referencing on your website that you have changed your standards.
My kids loved it
