Furniture not delivered and no response to either phone messages or e.mails, tracking number provided is invalid and this I believe to be a scam, now trying to obtain refund from credit card company. Do not trust this company!

1. Patio Furniture not delivered after 5 weeks
2. No respose since order confirmation or to chase emails
3. Dispatch note, refers to LaserShip, who were bought out by OnTrac and do not operate between Spain and UK. OnTrac only operates in US. Dispatch note does not detail package weight or size.
4. Address given is marked as permanently closed on Google maps.
5. Currently trying to reclaim money via card company

Definitely a scam, the signs are there, June offers not updated, prices too good to be true, follow your gut and don’t order, credit card company have refunded me but not the point…..

This company is a scam they have taken all of my money from ordering garden furniture they are fake website and what they do close the site down then set more sites up there is three on Facebook at this moment all with fake addresses and no phone numbers keep away from these scammers

I’m another customer who’s fallen for this company no furniture has turned up. 😢 I now will contact my credit card company hoping they will refund the money fingers crossed 🤞 how do these people sleep at night? I’m sending them bad karma!.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is a Fake Website. They clone other companies and are very convincing. Do not order from Snug or Snugg or Snugs Garden.. all the same fraululent people! Luckily i realised the same day of payment and immediately made a chargeback claim with my credit card. Have had my money back.

complete scammers-- use the pictures from other garden furniture websites! then dont confirm order, then finally they do but keep making excuses as to why they cant deliver! Registered address doesnt exist either, phone number isnt connected

This company is a total scam,they should be stopped.
Took my money told me a delivery date not turned up can't get hold of them

Why has this blatant forgery of a company still allowed to advertise on Facebook, its uses s mobil number! and attempts to look like the genuine company will fool most people. Last 7 people bought without any goods arriving.

Scam company - does not respond to emails or texts, the tracking number they provided is not recognised by any universal tracking website, nothing has arrived after 5 weeks and I have now contested the charge with my credit card company.

Stay away from this company..scammers...order a garden furniture set...no reply to emails and the phone number doesn't even ring.
Thankfully I paid by credit card so will get my money back.

Do not use this company. Full of empty promises

Ordered a garden furniture set from on Sunday, by Thursday the website was gone, the email address bounces my emails back and the phone number doesn't even dial. Then this website appears looking exactly the same with the same products! SCAM!
They have now moved on to the new name "Vero Living" and vero-furniture.com
Once again, do not buy!

Pretty sure this is a scam company. Delay tatics and no refund as yet. Reported.
Update - definitely a scam company keeps changing companies house number and address on website to use other companies with the name snug in it.

Something dodgy going on here, photos copied from another website, no contact phone number, emails get answered from different companies, address appears to be a house in wales. Failed to meet delivery dates twice with poor excuses. Applied to bank for a credit card chargeback which i got.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star at the moment. Ordered furniture at the weekend and as others have no confirmation. Sent message through site to enquire about delivery, no response. Called phone number connected to details and went through to a store in Birmingham which does not sell garden furniture. Lady on phone explained they have received several calls from customers using this 'company' who are using the stores details as a front to their online scam! DO NOT USE. I have reported and have to claim money back from credit card.
