I was hoping to get "Premium Plus" coverage but it is apparently not offered on my vehicle.. their "Essentials" coverage is comparable to my current policy so I will keep it but I hope I can qualify for one of their better coverage's in the future...

I would give more than 5 star if i could, Had a really good experience, Appreciated.

I purchased my policy over a year ago and now my sister just signed up. She was having trouble with checkout and they were able to troubleshoot her problem with the hour. Great customer service.

I have not used my policy yet but I can say thin is the most convenient service. I've used to get a warranty. They take the money out of my paycheck and the car I drive to work has a bumper to bumper coverage. This is cheaper than anything else I've seen too.

I had to claim recently and my mechanic was dragging their feet on the repairs. I called their support line and spoke to Savanna. She answered all of my questions and helped me come up with a game plan.

So far i only had one minor issue with filling claims but they rectified the issue. I have used the services three times and I have not had any issues with getting my vehicle repaired. I will continue using this warranty as long as I have the car.

I took my truck to the local dealership for engine trouble, the dealership wrote up a parts list and stated on the repair quote what was needed and why it was needed. They denied the claim at first because of an error i made on the mileage. I called SnoopDrive and they fixed it for me right away. The rest of the claim went without another issue. Thanks!

Good news first- the extra benifits included with my warranty saved me so much money. Like roadside assistance and rental assistance. I did think the claims process the first time took a little long.

I don't know this when I was singing up but they told me I can take my car to any mechanic of y choice and that is a huge relief. I am taking it to my Audi dealership on Monday.

The last post from the business is an outright lie. We were never contacted about being charge for the monthly service contract which we notified them of our desire to cancel their service contract before the payment was due at least a week before and they still charged us and they have never contacted us about the charge to date. Refund us back our money!!!!!! My advice to anyone wanting a service contract go with a company that does not use administrators to do their dirty work.

I did not read this well before signing up and though i was buying car insurance. They let me know it was a service contract instead and i decided to keep it since it was so cheap and offered through my company.

I was at the local dealership to get a check engine light checked, mind you I do all minor maintenance myself and log it appropriately. Sadly this check engine light dealt with my coolant pump and after checking it myself it seemed to be in working order, changed the fuse and was fine for a day before began showing my check engine light and figured it must be a short in some wiring. Well off to the dealership that was 10 mins from home after an overnight shift. And let me tell you it was initially an awful experience due to dealing with the initial dealership service advisor, I was able to get a hold of Savannah immediately who was able to speak with him and than spoke with me who ended up being on my side with the fact I felt like he was treating me rather rudely. She explained the process the same way I did and than was able to reassure me it was nothing I did wring but that I ended up with someone doesn’t my business of Snoopdrives business. I truly appreciate it very much with the quick work and immediate contact I was given from this company as well as standing up for me when I knew what my vehicle needed and knowing it will be covered under the warranty I purchased through Snoopdrive.

I had a lockout situation in my driveway. I reached out to Roadside Assistance and within 45 minutes the technician showed up and I was in my truck quickly. The tech was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I did not have to pay extra for it because I have SnoopCare! I recommend SnoopDrive to everyone!!

SnoopDrive provided an easy to navigate online process with great prices. I found them from my employer and purchased a contract to cover my mom's classic town car. It recently had an AC issue - they were easy to work with and covered the compressor and other parts. Best deal out there for a car warranty.

SnoopDrive is Amazing! I was shopping online for and extended warranty for my car. I had to fill out my personal information just to get call after call from providers trying to sell me, it was so frustrating, I almost gave up. I found SnoopDrive and decided to check it out.
