We first visited Snooker Hall Supplies here in Toronto to see their snooker training devices. They were all high in quality, and right what they advertised them to be. I had a question about their cues, and since I bought mine on sale, they actually told me to just wait and call them after Christmas if I still wanted information about custom queuing options. What went wrong this time? How can you improve? Well you can start by not scamming people and taking money out of their accounts I've had $55 withdrawal taken out of my account and go through to you guys but I've never even heard of yous before seeing that on my bank statement, I don't appreciate being scammed nor having money come out of my account to go to someone something that I've never ever heard of nor purchased anything through nor received anything, I want this made right and I want my money back

Delivery was more than on time, my Willard pro cue was flawless, and the cue, case, and accessories were all laid out nicely in the box. So, besides having everything snooker at prices that beat the local pro-shops, this is a snooker gift store dream just in time for the holidays.
