I had a very positive experience when calling this company using the number provided on their site. I was calling to clarify sizing and a few other questions and was met with a very patient and helpful conversation with Chris. He answered all my questions regarding lead times on delivery and was very helpful finding a pair of work trousers that would suit my needs. Would definitely recommend using them.

Received my 6218 stretch trousers from SnickersUK.com just over a week ago. Have to say these are the most comfortable and well-fitting trousers I have ever worn. Thanks to SnickersUK.com's knowledge the size and fit was perfect first time. These guys really know their product and actually seem to enjoy discussing the workwear.

Not what they used to be. I've worn snickers for over 20 years. In the last few years their quality has dissapeared completely. Poorly fitting, cheap thin materials, buttons that fail after 3 months. I've had to go back to using my back up work trousers (12 years old) and these are 1000 times better than the temu fashion crap they're peddling now. I will try blaklader instead. AVOID ALL SNICKERS PRODUCTS

I chatted with support over WhatsApp as I wanted to ensure my delivery date before placing an order and they went above and beyond.

His prompt reply & delivery of information that I needed was clear & genuine. Ive no doubt I’ll be doing business with Snickers in the future considering their quality merchandise & approachable skilled staff like Chris.

Unfortunately the boots I ordered didn't live up to expectations but was quickly resolved by Snickers UK. Excellent service all round.

I ordered a snickers tool vest online, it was dispatched the following morning and arrived as the next day, great quality and excellent service from snickers UK, I couldn't locate the VAT invoice and emailed and surprisingly my query was responded to within a few minutes, (and this was out of hours) along with a copy of the invoice, excellent service I will definitely be using them again.

Amazing company to deal With! I had a few issue with the size of my shorts they sorted it super quickly. Friendly service, Very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my work clothes.

Superb service and communication via email and WhatsApp throughout my purchase. Even though I ordered the wrong size trousers and had to return them for a replacement. The service team ordered new pair at once and before they had received my return. Outstanding service and quality as usual is top notch with snickers.

Great service by the team even when the size was incorrect for me they ordered the next size down in advance so that when my returned item landed they could send out the replacement straight away, I will definitely be ordering further items from them!! Ps communication via WhatsApp is a breeze even after hours they respond so 10 out of 10 from me 👍🏻

Good service all around. Was kept in the loop, and was able to contact them and get responses to all my questions.

Sizing was a pain as expected buying clothes online. Was able to send back the first items easily from post office and they were replaced the week after.

Ordered a couple pairs of trousers, they didn’t arrive in the quoted time frame, contacted them on a Sunday, got instant reply, pretty much updated daily with customs/ courier information, once items in country were sent out next day.
Excellent service in difficult situation.

Although the delivery was delayed by the courier which wasn't snickers fault, the response from snickers was very good. Communicated well, responded with the answers promptly and the product is very good.
Will definitely buy from them again.

I Messaged SnickersUK on watsapp as I was very Confused regarding the new sizing structure. After ordering 2 pairs completely wrong from a different supplier I was desperate to find someone who could help me!!

I sent the watsapp at 8am and received a call from SnickersUK immediately. I explained the trouser size I was currently wearing and that the size chart no longer matches.

They recommended a size and code from the new catalogue and it worked a dream. I’ve just received my new trousers and they fit like a dream.

I’m so happy to now have snickersUK contact in my phone for future purchases.

DO NOT TRUST their sizing advice. I made the mistake of trusting their sizing advice and that they had the sizes/styles listed as available. Neither are true. The size of the work trouser is as listed on the manufacturers label and not as they claim. The manufacturers label also sates the style of fit (eg.Regular Fit in the case of the 6214's and 6224's) I ordered but this is not helpfully stated on the listing. The 'up to 42 inch waist' I ordered was in fact a 44 inch waist on both the manufacturers label and as an actual measurement using a tape measure. They do not have the correct styles/sizes as listed so a refund has been requested.
