We need to assure correct part is forwarded. This time it could easily been done by comparing the parts physically….
Time and cost must be a priority…
Wrong part number received twice. Return. Norwegian Custom import cost for these parts approx «100 pound» Return of wrong parts also expensive. It is vital that Barretts know the individual car they are dealing with and use of correct correct Parts catalog/Serial number valid for the individual car you are dealing with.
I would like to return the wrong parts and get credit for them. Does Barrett’s have a rutine that get guid me on how this is done? Brgds-Mr.Tord Holen (Norway)

I'm sorry you have not received the parts you were looking for. I will send you an email now and we will get this situation resolved. With vehicles that were built nearly 60 years ago, and have had changes and modifications done to them it can prove difficult to get things right first time but rest assured we have some of the most knowledgeable and experienced salespeople in the industry and we can get this situation resolved for you.

After over a week waiting to hear something about my recent order and several emails enquiring as to what’s happening I’ve had no response whatsoever!
I have done business with this company before but never been ignored like this. So I’ve requested a cancellation of my last order and really can’t say I will bother with them again. Life is too short !
