I really wanted to believe in this company after I read good reviews on here, but I may have just been unlucky! I placed my order on 30.11.23 and was given an estimated delivery of 05.12-09.12 which was great as I needed the shoes in time for Christmas. As I read their FAQs, I knew the shoes had to be sent for authentication first, however it got to 07.12 with no updates at all so I reached out. They got back to me within 24 hours reiterating the dispatch and delivery times which was great, but I already knew this. I responded asking when they expect my order to reach them for authentication, to which they responded that they could not give a timeframe but that they expected it to arrive before Christmas. This was now 10.12 and I did not have any faith in this arriving so I asked them if there are any issues as it’s past my expected delivery date and to provide me with an exact location on where my parcel is. They then admitted that there had been a manufacturing issue and they were trying to find me a replacement but that they now cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, and processed a full refund. This has now left me with no shoes, and no time to find a replacement that would make it to me in time. I feel they should have provided me with a lot more transparency on the issue instead of waiting until I noticed and responding with a basic template. They also need to provide clearer information on their website regarding timeframes of the order reaching them for authentication as well as delivery timeframes and any possible issues they may arise. Communication is key with these companies..

I used this company for the first time to buy my husband a Moonswatch as I didn’t think I’d be able to buy one from the Swatch store due to its popularity. I was a little worried about whether it’d be genuine and the customer service I’d receive. My experience was one of the best online purchases. I had prompt responses to my emails. It was delivered in 24 hours and when I wanted to return it as I managed to get one from Swatch, it was easy to do and I was refunded within 48 hours of them receiving it back. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this site again.

Very fast delivery always kept updated will defo use again

Trainers sent were undersized so do not fit and had pink staining on them and the laces. For this I have to pay £9 to return them.

DO NOT USE!!!Pretty disappointing, ordered a pair of trainers over a week ago for my Daughters birthday and nothing. Doesn’t look like I am going to get them in time for her birthday which I’m really frustrated about. Chased twice and no response, still sitting at ordered. Looks like I am going to have to get my money back through PayPal.

The watch was delivered the next day which was fantastic as it was for my husband’s birthday.

I found this site as I was interested in some of the watches they sell. I bought one. It arrived fairly quickly, but the watch battery was dead. Disappointing as I had hoped it would be working straight out of the box. I checked the battery on a battery reader which advised it needed replacing. I have been busy with work so not able to get it sorted but the company has offered to exchange. Hopefully the exchange will be relatively quick but not a great experience so far.

It took longer than what it was expected after having paid £15 extra for a standard delivery of max 7 days (keep in mind I had no other option than to pay it). I wasn’t able to track my order after a whole week after of the expected week. After a lot of emails and concerns of a possible scam, I got an answer back and a way to track my order, but this was after a few days of high concerns. I think that if they agree to do worldwide orders, they should have a bit more of a follow to indicate timings or possible delays. Also, to add more concern, the Dunk Lows that I had bought, the Nike logo in the shoe insole, started to peal off after three days of wearing them which i don’t think it should happen on a £140 shoes. Which makes me think now that they might be fake (which I wouldn’t mind if they were £50 instead of £155 with delivery).

I have still not received yet my Baby’s birthday present

Unfortunately I had to return trainers due to incorrect sizing (my fault) - return was arranged with no issue, currently waiting on refund - arranged further purchase of trainers, hoping these will fit my son.
