They are the real scammers. They will chase you and not give your rewards to you. The are doing a fraud. Beware friends. I completed a dental appointment on early June’2025. Wrote a positive review as they asked for and now they are not attending the call.

Horrible experience! It’s a scam! It’s been 3 months since I completed my dental appointment and 2 months since I’ve been chasing them and all I get is fake deadlines. No clear process and no proper reason for delay.

They are spammers. They will harass you by calls every second day even you unsubscribe them. You tell them on call not to call you again, they still do it.

Totally a scam. Never received any rewards promised. Completed all dental procedures and submitted receipts. Till date no update on $200 voucher.

I used SnapSmile to book a dental appointment on December 27, 2024. After the visit, SnapSmile sent me a page requesting $200 to claim my reward for selecting their dentist. I paid the amount as requested and even received a confirmation text.

Since then, it’s been over 5 months with no sign of the promised reward. I’ve followed up multiple times with messages, but no one has responded.

At this point, I’m left wondering if this is a scam. There’s been zero communication or accountability from their side. I’m deeply frustrated and feel misled. If SnapSmile is a legitimate service, they need to address this immediately. Otherwise, I’d warn others to be extremely cautious.

They’re fast in the beginning with all the process which you will think be the same when redeeming their promised rewards. After 2 months and some follow up via email. Cricket

Since Dec 2024, NO Reward (AirPods 4): Complaint

It's been 6 months, but they have not sent any reward as per commitment. First there was delay, then another form filling, then de-monitoring emails, then blaming suppliers for delay, so many excuses from start and still after six months did not receive any reward despite reminding repeatedly. Fate of clients enrolled in this year’s reward program seems to be the same while they are earning money.

Surely, all this is a big time SCAM and deceit creating doubts on their integrity as a dentist. Further, professional code of conduct and public trust is breached which can invoke monitoring agencies and law enforcement. Other victims are also urged to approach redressal forums to put an end to their on-going fraudulence.

Please stay away and save yourself.

I came across SnapSmile through a promotion that offered a reward (Amazon gift card, AirPods, or Apple Watch) after completing a new patient dental visit. I followed all the required steps: booked through their platform, completed my appointment, submitted the required proof, and left a review about the dental clinic.

It’s been a while since I completed everything, and I didn’t hear back despite multiple follow-ups by email and SMS. I began to feel like I had been ghosted, which was frustrating — especially since I had genuinely participated and was looking forward to the reward.

However, someone from their team recently reached out by phone, which I appreciated. I’ve asked about the possibility of upgrading the reward and am currently waiting for confirmation.

The experience overall has been mixed. The concept is great, and I did find a good dentist, but the communication and fulfillment side could be much better. I hope they follow through, and if they do, I’d be happy to update this review.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Snap Smile has been incredibly disappointing. I booked an appointment on February 10th and was told I’d receive a pair of AirPods as part of their promotional offer. I followed all the instructions, submitted the invoice, and even received a confirmation text on March 19th that everything had been received.

Since then—nothing.

It’s now well past their promised 6-week delivery window, and even the 8-week “follow-up” timeline they mention in their automated responses has come and gone. I’ve emailed, researched, and discovered I’m not alone—several other customers are also experiencing this same lack of communication and missing rewards.

This entire process has felt misleading, and frankly, I’m beginning to question the legitimacy of the promotion altogether. If Snap Smile is no longer honoring their reward program, they need to be upfront about it instead of leaving customers in the dark.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, especially if you’re booking based on a promotional offer.

It is more than 4 months. After deducting money from dentist they disappear. Do not ever get trap in their scam. All good reviews you are seeing is their process, they ask to submit review, then only we will send rewards, but then they disappear. guys please avoid your hard earned money. And people who got scammed flood their reviews with actual experience, and even try to complaint to certain authorities about this scam.

SnapSmile is running a shady operation. They promise a reward after pairing you with a dentist and having you leave reviews, submit invoices, and fill out forms. Once they get what they want—they vanish.

I’ve been trying to reach them for over 3 months through email, text, and both their numbers (+1 647-424-1452 and 365-360-7042). ZERO response. Their email is a black hole.

They took money from my dentist and ghosted me. This is blatant fraud. They’re collecting data and cash, then disappearing with no accountability.

Do not fall for it. Report this scam.

I was in search for a new dental office and the AirPod offer caught my attention. They helped find me a dentist very close to home. Communication with snapsmile was very easy as well. Great incentive and offer.

I haven’t received my reward even after two months. I have emailed them , text them even contact them on facebook. They ignore it and not answering it all.i will suggest don’t trap your self in this scam. Im still regretting it.

Ghosted!

After being asked to submit my info again (something about their systems changing), I’ve heard nothing about a follow up and their responses to email/text no longer exist.

Hearing the same from others - feels more like data mining than an actual service to help.
