No delivery 3 months after order.
No updates.
No response to chaser emails.
The only update received was an email confirming payment had been processed and proclaiming the item was on the way. 12 weeks later, still not delivered. No response other than auto acknowledgment to 3x chaser emails. I'm liaising with my bank to get a refund. This company is awful. You should never ignore customers.

Still no reply, im escalating this in other ways....until they send a refund...disgraceful service, will remove my posts when I have been refunded...otherwise I will be posting a new review weekly

I ordered a shirt in June 2025, have still not received it and we’re in April 2026. They do not respond to emails so it looks like I’ve lost my money now and have given up on receiving the shirt.

The shirt did take a while to get here and it missed my grandsons birthday. When it did, the embroidery and the material was very good, the problem was that the sponsor letters peeled off on the first wash. I emailed customer service and never got a reply.

Shirt arrived today, within timescale. Extremely good quality. All good.

Love the quality. The print is sharp and the fabric feels premium, and everything turned out exactly how i wanted.

Shocking..no shirt no communication,..tracking number false..all positive reviewers are made up ..odd that they all have 1 review?..call your bank..report to organisations who investigate fake sites such as this..avoid at all costs

Dreadful. Communication is poor and item still not delivered 7 months later. Request for refund ignored. Avoid.

Amazing quality Northern Ireland repro as worn by my hero Norman Whiteside. Great shirt. Correspondence was good and no complaints whatsoever.

The Crystal Palace 1980 home shirt is the most beautiful shirt I have ever owned.

I see they advertising new Retro Tops to cash in on World Cup. DO NOT buy from them. I ordered November and still not received, a nonesense story about staff member being ill and Thailand shipping note. Fraudsters. Please DO NOT buy anything from this mob.

Happy Birthday to me! One whole year since ordering and still no shirt!
Randomly about a month ago I got yet another email explaining there had been issues but everything is now sorted and heres a tracking link…you know the rest. I really can’t fathom out what they are doing but people still must be ordering shirts that dont exist and Im sure im not the only who has noticed all their happy customers have suspiciously all got one review on trustpilot?

Excellent quality shirt. Delivery time reasonable. Very happy overall. Will use SM Retro again.

Purchased a shirt in Nov of 2025. Was advised that shirt would arrive be end of year and with it being holidays I was patient even after being told that they having a starting issue. It has now be 5 months and they no longer respond to email. I have stopped corresponding and now my bank is involved to get a refund. Seems to be a common issue

STILL NO TOP HAS ARRIVED AND NO FEEDBACK FROM COMPANY AS TO WHATS GOING ON.

Extremely rare Brentford away Shirt, so pleased to be able to buy this. The standard of reproduction is exceptional. Absolutely zero issues with my order.

Ordered a couple of shirts in December 2024, they still haven't arrived as of March 2026.
Updates are few and far between, and simply not accurate.
I had previously left a review and the company were quick to contact me offering a goodwill discount in exchange for removing the review, and committed to following up on the delivery.
At this stage, I don't exoect to recieve the shirts, I don't expect I'll get my money back.
Feel it is only responsible to let people know to avoid this company.

Ordered in Sept....gave the company the benefit of the doubt with the mixed reviews...thought plenty of time for it to arrive as it was a xmas present...roll on nearly April...still no product....and dont answer your questions properly in emails...they just dodge them...and say it will be updated....shock it hasn't....been asking for a refund for nearly 2 months and no reply or refund....would love to escalate further as they really shouldn't be trading if they can not provide what they are advertising and selling.

Absolutely terrible. They gave a date for updates& delivery ,delivery never happened. Continued to email them no response
Money has gone out of my bank no goods . Strange because on speaking to someone else about this company the same happened to them get correspondence until 28 days then you hear nothing

Ordered in January, still nothing. Communication is dreadful, all I ever get is a repeated email that tracking information will be available soon. Asked for a refund, nothing. No shirt, ordered as a present for brother, no tracking information, no refund. Just a load of BS about postage delays, sickness, and a million other excuses.

Ordered in July 2025. Now March 2026 and still no shirt, or refund.
Communication from them has been very poor. Every email correspondence has come with me making the first contact.
I must have sent 20 emails in 8 months and had about 4-5 responses. With another few automatic replies that are as good as useless. Even their actual responses were rubbish and confirmed nothing. No telephone number on offer that could see anywhere either.
I asked several times for either the shirt I ordered or a refund, and have given them a few months to sort out this ridiculous situation before resulting in me leaving this negative review out of sheer revolt in their lack of providing me with anything.
This is such a shame as the shirts actually look really good. But 8 months in and £42 out of pocket is just terrible service. Whatever the excuse is.
If you can’t make or locate the shirt (not sure how your shirts are sourced), then just a refund would have been acceptable, even though a last resort.
But I’ve had nothing at all.
I’ve never left a negative review for anyone before.
So SM Retro, this review is all your own doing.
To anyone thinking of buying from these guys I wouldn’t waste your money, and eventual time in chasing it up.
