As a smoker of 50 years ( both cigarettes and roll ups) I was resigned to never being capable of giving up, I tried Smoko gold based on the positive reviews and all I can say is WOW! Since my order arrived two weeks ago I have not smoked a single cigarette. My Smoko vape pod is actually better than the roll ups I used to smoke. The other positives are obviously health benefits, but also for me no more trying daily to remove the horrible orange stains on my fingers. I would recommend Smoko to anyone trying to quit cigarettes.

I am new to this company as a Vape brand and ordered incompatible cartridges for my vape. Rather than assuming that I ordered correctly I received an email to ask for confirmation of my choices. I know that this has meant a slight delay for receiving new pods, however it has prevented me having to return the items and re-order. I appreciate that a lot.

It was explained to me that additional pods would be added to my order so that the totals would match. I was given recommendations of flavours to try. I appreciate that too.

I took the opportunity at that point to give some feedback on how I was finding the vape and flavours. I received a response suggesting I try a different nicotine percentage to help address my feedback. I also appreciate that.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this company and will continue to use them. The correspondence was prompt and professional and showed genuine customer service. Thank you!

the vape max are incredibly realistic
but also this team are amazing, even on one occasion calling me to say would i like to change my choice of delivery because I had just missed that collection
that resulted in me getting my order just in time for my holiday. I do have a habit of leaving things to the last minute, but they have never let me down. The speed of delivery is amazing. When your giving up smoking the last thing you want is to run out of your substitute

I tried a lot of e cigarettes before without really finding any that gave me the same feeling of an actual cigarette until now .I've smoked for 45 years but after trying these have not touched one in a month. Early days but so glad I discovered these ,plus feel fantastic !!

Smoko have been wonderful from start to finish. I ordered from them for the first time about a month ago and was so impressed by the updates and communication I received almost immediately after ordering. It arrived next day which was great. Unfortunately, my battery was having issues charging so I contacted their customer service. This was worlds apart from the usual horrific experience of trying to get through to a real person rather than a chat bot. I was provided an email address to contact and within 30 minutes I had a reply from a lovely employee called Maria!! She even attempted to call me!! I didn’t have to sit in a queue for hours trying to get through to someone!! They made it so easy. As none of the troubleshooting ideas worked, they had a brand new battery sent out to me free of charge, arriving next day. I would highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service, delivery times and communication. Plus the product is amazing, it’s the only vape ive ever tried that genuinely feels like im smoking a cigarette which has helped massively with quitting tobacco (it’s been 7 weeks today since I’ve had a cigarette!!). Overall I am very very happy and highly recommend Smoko to anyone!

I use the e cigarette and absinthe flavour, it is fantastic and so much better than a regular cigarette, I have been a smoker for over 40 years and can honestly say I don’t smoke anymore. Smoko is great, lots of choice lots of flavours and fast delivery, Give it a try

I've been smoking cigarettes for years, I've had this 2 weeks and haven't smoked a cigarette since. It's just like a real cigarette. I'd even go as far as to say better than a cigarette. My breath doesn't smell, my clothes don't smell.
If you like the feeling of a cigarette in your hand but don't want all the yuck that goes with being a smoker, I highly recommend these e-cigarettes as an alternative.
Once you've done the quick age verification you're good to go. Delivery is quick too.

Very good service i had to find the heated tabacco that suited me. It was oringinal tabacco for me so good and get hit of vanilla. If ur looking to change or cut down or even stop i would recomend Smoko. There quick and their service is great !!

Expired stuff
Ordered e-cigarette kit. And unfortunately only after a couple days of use checked and realised that expiring date is October 2023!!!!
Now is December 2025.

Very unprofessional

Have just finally made a purchase! Found the website and offer confusing. Glad its all made in the UK! Not sure if vapes and e-cigs are also made in the UK. They don't do any refills, all prefilled pods and e-cigs but sell e-liquid you can't use for any of their own products. Would like to know why. Hope their e-cigs work better than other brands, otherwise I will want my money Back!

I phone in once a month with my E Cig order. Wonderful customer service and chat and order arrives next day curtesy of parcelforce.
I’d be lost without the brilliant service.

Made a purchase between Christmas and New Year; not only was it shipped in a timely manner given the bank holidays, they also altered my order to take advantage of a discount that I had missed, and rang me to tell me they had done so and to make sure this was okay; so I saved money and got the product (which seems great) very swiftly. Superb service and I will not hesitate to continue to use them.

5 stars for finally something not made in China. Not overly sweet compared to most disposable vapes. Arrived in two days after online order.

I passed Smoko vape shop in Tunbridge Wells, attracted by their none-chinese UK vape products, advertisement and reasonable price I decided to give it a go. I bought the battery kit for £10 and pack of 3 pods for another £10. Excited by my discovery, I started using the vape, boy after the second try my throat started to be sore, I couldnt even swallow, it felt like I had steel wool in the back of my throat. Took the pods back to the shop, the shop keeper said may be the Coffee flavour is causing sore throat, he replaced the pods with Strawberry flavour, the result is still the same, after the second try of strawberry flavour the sore throat came back. It didnt work out for me and I am £20 out of pocket. I am back on Elfbar.

I am new to vaping, and SMOKO gives me the best service after purchase for my mistake of order. And I love the Pod, because changing the Pod make it is clean, so I don’t need to clean up the vape all the time:)
