Color not quite accurate
The color of the torch wasn't the same as the picture--the picture showed baby pink chrome, but it came neon pink. Besides that, good experience.

Best Vendor for Nectar colector
Vendor shorted me an item but the communication between us has been very positive. He's replacing my shortage.
Kudos to you and your team
I would recommend and I hope they are around for a long time

Recommend this site for your weedly concerns!
I found what I wanted super easy, it was cheap and came exactly as pictured, the add ins were super cute too. In my first order my add in was a rubber chicken pipe in the same color as I got my unicorn pipe in, and in my Second order I got a pickle pipe add in super cute.

I ordered a piece advertised as a 14mm joint that was supposed to come with a bowl/banger. It was falsely advertised as a 10mm and never received the banger. Be careful buying from them. They false advertise A LOT! AND NO COMMUNICATION 1/10
WONT DO BUSINESS AGAIN...

WRONG ITEM, NO COMMUNICATION!!!
I received the incorrect item in my order. I emailed them numerous times and received NO RESPONSE, not even an automatically generated email to acknowledge my inquiry. My only recourse will be to make a claim with my credit card. I cannot believe how irresponsible this company is that I would receive emails to rate them in this way, but none at all about my actual order problems. BEWARE!

I ordered 3 boxes. Received 3 packs. Then they said they would make it right. Received 2 of the 3 which were opened and missing packs. I asked for a refund on my 1 missing box. NO RESPONSE.

First time buying with Smoking Outlet and will buy from them again.
My item arrived in a few days and was well intact and protected. The overall use of the webpage, the checkout process, and shopping experience were great.
