I had a really positive experience working with Smiths Financial Solutions while arranging my mortgage. Richard was very responsive throughout the process and always quick to come back to any questions I had. As a first-time buyer there was a lot to navigate, but he took the time to understand my situation properly and explained the options available to me clearly.

What an amazing service me and my partner have been provided ! We started last year speaking to brokers and we got told it wasn’t possible for us to get a mortgage as they said no one would lend to us we almost gave up until we spoke to Richard honestly Richard is so friendly , professional and really knows what he is doing he got us a mortgage offer so fast and then the house was taking longer than expected and Richard had a new offer come through and what was better and he yet again did it for us !! Rich was so knowledgable and brilliant in helping us get our 1st mortgage.
