Tom is absolutely wonderful. He makes me feel comfortable and he’s really attentive. The staff are really supportive. Because of the team, I have a million dollar smile and I couldn’t be happier!

Terrible time keeping
Terrible time keeping - no matter when you come in the day they are always at least 10 minutes late to appointment times which is frustrating when you're trying to fit this in during a work day

Fantastic service.
The staff are friendly calm and supportive. The practice is bright clean but not clinical. I recommend their service to everyone can. I have been having invisalign for over two years as i am a complex case but I have loved every minuet of the process.

Brilliant customer service, very impressed.
I would recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was so nice and it was all very welcoming and friendly. Such a lovely lady to speak to. Very impressed, and happy!

expensive
I have found the cost quite expensive. I have found a cheaper provider. I do not see the difference between you, you both are insured, both have indemnity insurance and both are regulated by a governing body.
