We booked a photoshoot about 6 weeks before our trip Venice and the booking process was easy to do. Sadly we didn't expect that our booking day also fell on a day of national strikes covering Italy which caused us some worries. Smiler did reassure us we would get transport on that day but to allow extra travel time. Our original 9.30am shoot had to be moved as our photographer was held up in the additional traffic due to the strikes. He did however keep in contact and we agreed a new time. Once we met Fillipo, our photographer, the shoot went ahead in very relaxed manner. He was polite and charming and directed us well. He knew what locations we would use and we walked easily between his chosen locations. The shoot was both enjoyable and well structured. Our time passed quickly and we left hoping for some lovely images. We were not disappointed, The images captured are fantastic and give us a great memory of our trip and of our our wedding anniversary that we were celebrating that day

She was adorable and very friendly and helpful.. she didn't mind holding my bag during photos.. I really appreciated that.. she took very nice shots for my daughter in her graduation gown and directed beautiful poses for me and my daughter together.. I highly recommend her

Tohid created a really relaxed and enjoyable photoshoot experience in Naples. He was kind, patient, and easy to work with, which made it feel very natural in front of the camera.

He paid attention to the light, locations, and small details, and the final photos looked beautiful, professional, and full of real feeling. It didn’t feel like a forced photoshoot more like capturing genuine moments in the city.

I had such a lovely photoshoot experience with Tohid in Naples. He was very kind, patient, and professional from the beginning, and made me feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.

What I really appreciated was that he didn’t rush the session at all he took more time than expected to find the best angles, light, and locations. The whole experience felt relaxed, natural, and enjoyable.

The final photos were beautiful, high quality, and edited with great care. They captured real moments and the atmosphere of Naples in a very natural and cinematic way.

Shaqayeq was amazing! She captured beautiful photos of me and took me to incredible hidden spots in Oia with almost no tourists, while still being in the heart of Oia. Her creativity, local knowledge, and warm personality made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and special. I felt so comfortable during the shoot, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning and also she was kind enough to let me change second outfit and it was such a nice kind act as I didn’t want all my pictures in one outfit. I couldn’t recommend her more for anyone visiting Santorini! Go ahead and book yours without any hesitation!
