Quick delivery and easy returns .
Quality and finish on items excellent , clothes right on trend .

Hi, it is Sophia again. Thank you for your reply! Not sure why I can't reply to your reply so I have to edit the previous review.
You are a liar and whoever replies to my review represents your company - Smilejustlove: a company constituted with fraudulent employers & employees.
You never reply to my email after I request a return. I even checked my spam emails. The clothes I received don't match your size chart. Doesn't matter what style you mentioned, size M is size M, should not be like size small people can't even pull them on.
You completely lost your dignity and my respect. I already contacted my credit company for a dispute.
Not sure how far your company will go if it doesn't allow customers to return the clothes that don't fit?

Don't buy anything from this website. You will not get a return if the clothes don't fit.
I bought 5 items and they sent me 4. After I contacted them for a return, they sent me the 5th one.
The size is smaller compared to the USA. Returning seems impossible because they don't reply to my emails to provide me with the return address they mentioned on their website.

I returned the 2 shirts I bought for $98.00. Neither shirt fit. They refused to reimburse me so I’m calling them fraudsters.i would not recommend them to anyone.

very bad experience...
as I received only one item out of total 2 pieces I bought.
several emails I sent but I can't received any reply.
help this can be solved and as I want to buy more from your shop.

Website was easy to use; i was able to apply discount coupon with no issues. I was able to find all items in color i wanted and size i wanted. This is my 6th order on this site; will gladly continue to shop here.

Speedy delivery. Also the quality of the clothes I got was really good. I also think their collection is very fashionable.

High quality product with a low price point. Sizes are true to size and customer service stands behind their product.

I am very pleased with the quality of merchandise on my first order, The styles are clever and fun and I just submitted my second order. I hope that I continue to be pleased with the quality of your merchandise

I love their customer service team, very responsive. I wanted something exchanged and it was done very promptly even though it was an online order.

I love the sweater but the problem is it takes so long to receive the order . I have two orders please I like to receive before the holidays. Thanks

I have not received all the items, 1 item I have ordered apricot coloured but received white

I have replied to each mail from you.
On 28th November, you placed an order, but after that no updates.
Could you please let me know the status of the order S2260?

Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Smilejustlove, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! Firstly, what you see is exactly what you get - no surprises or disappointments. The quality of the items received matched the high standards as expected. The only thing to note is that the size runs a bit bigger; I'm 155 cm, and it's a tad roomy.

My order arrived well before the estimated delivery date, which added an extra layer of satisfaction to my overall experience. The packaging was secure, and the items were in pristine condition. If I spot something that suits my style, I'm in again!

been trying to reach about a return label the sweater is to small please get back to me

I received my replacement delivered today, 2 out of 5. Issues last time was delivery not complete, size too small and no reply despite several emails.
Now the shop sending me replacement with bigger size ( per my request XXL this time ) BUT the two I received size is so small that can't be XXL. There is no way I can put it on.

Very disappointed, throwing my money into the sea, bad, very bad.

I'll never order from here anymore.

NEVER NEVER TRY AGAIN.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. SEND YOU WRONG ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PARTIAL ITEMS. I TOLD THEM I DO NOT NEED THE OTHERS ITEMS TO BE SENT. SINCE THEY SENT IT TOO LATE AND NOT TOGETHER BUT THEY SEND IT ANYWAY AND DID NOT GET THAT MONEY REFUNDED. I WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STARS IF I COULD.

I ordered 6 clothes, first time shipped only 3, 2nd time shipped only 1. Still missing 2 clothes, I had to request a refund instead of all the waiting and back and forth. Make sure you check your shipment to see if it matches with the order too.

The sweater was adorable but very small. I could not wear it unfortunately. The quality of the blouse was not as described and photographed online. Different color. Printing instead of embroidery.
I have reached out to try and return these items repeatedly. No response. WANT TO RETURN THESE ITRMS.

The shirt I ordered was completely different than the photograph, the style, pattern and fabric was not anything like the image, I was quite shocked at the difference. There was also nothing on the packaging that helped me know how I could return it.

The tracker does not work. I placed my order 2 weeks back and haven't received it. Was trying to see the status through tracker but it does NOT load

The blouse is exactly what I expected. I’m so very happy with it. Thank you so much.
