Flat batteries on arrival
I ordered 4 light up toothbrushes for my kids. One of them had flat batteries on arrival and does not light up, this is pretty easy to check before sending the toothbrushes. The working ones are great.

I know it seems pretty easy to check the item is working before sending out but we literally sell hundreds of toothbrushes and the fault rate is well below 1%. It's just not possible for our warehouse to check every battery operated device before leaving due to the amount of time it would take. We experience very few product quality issues due to the fact, we source products from reputable dental manufacturers with exceptional quality control. On the very rare occasion, a quality issues comes to our attention, we act fast to rectify the problem.
As mentioned please get in touch so that we can compensate you for the faulty item.

A brilliant result
A brilliant result! It's hard to find Te Pe toothbrushes but they're the ones my periodontist recommends. Not only did Smileboosters have them in stock but they were delivered so quickly. Ordered on Friday and they arrived on Monday! Two business days. Smileboosters will be my go to from now on. Sincere thanks.
