Fantastic service! It made filing taxes so much easier.

Taxes for an English Language Fellow
Taxes for an English Language Fellow: great customer service and responsive team. The actual tax information collection is done through an online survey which did not fully represent my particular situation and the information necessary was ambiguous at times, but has (apparently) since been changed, so this may be a 5 star service now.

So much better than H&R Block!
My first year overseas I used H&R block's expat product and regretted it. My H&R tax preparer made repeated mistakes on straightforward details. She mis-calculated the number of days I was in the US and answered my questions in a way that made me uneasy she was doing things correctly. I ended up spending hours and hours researching tax law to double check her work.
Enter US Tax Global. They responded to emails quickly, made sure they understood my tax questions and addressed them clearly, and were clearly very knowledgeable about US tax laws and intricacies of being an expat. They went above and beyond in customer service, even giving me advice on how to handle the botched H&R block returns from the previous year. They are also competitively priced! As an NGO worker overseas, I'm so glad to have found a company that patiently answers my questions, prepared my taxes at an affordable price point, and left me feeling confident they've been done correctly.
