Misleading site instructions leading to purchasing two items. That took a while to rectified.
Had to wait over a month for item to arrive. Comms lacking and couldn't get an ETA.

I ordered a few items in December 2024, few have arrived safely. I checked they were as advertised and I'm happy for them. However, I'm still waiting for my final order (an inflatable tent) which hasn't arrived yet but hopefully soon🤞.

Haven’t received item ordered nearly 2 months ago.

Smartyez have replied saying this is a fake. That is complete bullshit! Order number was 991809 and Smartyez took $339.89 from me for a Samsung soundbar that I NEVER received. I have emailed numerous times and have never had a response. I am not the fake - Smartyez is! I welcome trust pilot authority contacting me to show them copies of my purchase, emails and withdraw of money from my account to prove Smartyez is in the wrong and now trying to silence me - Another unhappy customer here. I purchased early Dec 2024 and yet to receive my items. I have only ever received a confirmation email after purchasing and nothing else since. It’s been well over the 2 to19 day deliver time - expected over the festive period. It has been a total of 5 weeks!! I have tried calling and emailing the company on numerous occasions over the last 2 weeks asking for information or a refund but still I have received no response. I can’t believe this company is getting away with it. It’s criminal and I will be another person reporting to ACCC.

Ordered a fridge/freezer a few weeks ago, have called many many times with the same recorded message that their operators are all busy, have emailed a number of times with NO reply, we are contacting ACCC as well. Don't use them

But for real should be no stars. They do not deliver… ordered two items they send one… and it was send by costco not by smatryez… they even cant check what they sent and what not… for me doggy business; taking money and not fulfilling… scammers… stay away from them… I will be writing complain to ACCC.

Recieved product and was as advertised. Took 2 weeks to arrive (not really the biggest issue). Tracking through shop was useless and clunky, slow response time to messages but all in all got what I paid for

Delivered within the said time and I was notified of date and time of arrival of my microwave

Ordered a battery in mid December. Despite receiving a message saying my order was being packed it never arrived. I tried contacting them several times before getting a reply asking for my order number after saying that I would report them as a scam. I sent the order number and have been unable to get a response since. Based on my experience and others avoid this company totally. I will report them as a scam and urge others to do the same.

I did not receive tracking until after the package had arrived, and when it did it after the better part of 3 weeks it was damaged.
I attempted to make contact to discuss these issues over the last month and received no responses aside from to say that the item has been sent.
Abysmal service

I ordered a bar fridge on the 5th of December. They took my money ($869) and I haven’t received it. Nor have I received a tracking number, an update on the shipment or any other support. It is a total scam!! Do not purchase anything from this company. I’ve contacted the ACCC.

Stole my money. I paid for my product on the 16th of December and haven’t received or heard from them since. I’ve messaged them several times and they haven’t responded. Save yourself from being ripped off and buy from another company.

I bought a Mac computer from this e-retailer online on 6 December 2024 at price AUD2879.But I didn’t get the computer after 10 days from my order day then I asked for its tracking number. They couldn’t supply it. So I requested to cancel the order but they refused to refund full price I paid.and just refunded 85% of it on 19 December. This just happened when I told them I would complain to fair trading。they always say they have shipped goods and it’s on the way. I doubt it’s on the way forever then you have to cancel the order and they refuse to refund you full price with any reason and hold your money . It’s a scammer. It’s contact number is never answered. My about AUD500 is still in their hand. Don’t be cheated by this scammer.

I ordered and paid over $600 for a Dyson hair wrap for my daughter for Christmas on the 4th December 2024
I have heard nothing I have tried several ways to contact SMARTYEZ
My advise to customers is
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Ordered and paid for 3. Only received 2. Have reached out but still no resolution.

Placed an order on 1/12/24 and still no sign of product. Not responding to emails. Very unhappy. Do not use this company
