I bought a smart watch in June from this company plus a screen protector,when the watch arrived there was no seal on the box the charging cable was laying on top of the watch just loose there was no screen protector I charged the phone and within about 6 hours it was down to 37% which is ridiculous.I contacted customer service and they told me battery life improves through time which I find absolutely ridiculous I explained about the condition I received the watch in plus there was no screen protector and I wished to return the watch could I have the return address which they refused to give me after about 12 emails I received the return address which took over 16 days to get to be told I had went past my 14 days return period do not buy from this company it’s a complete rip off

So got the rugged tank m1 pro from them went for a swim the watch broke and they say its not their problem the watch spec clearly states 50 meters deep and 5 ATM so what do you think about that

Lovely service and lovely product . I am so nicely surprised with this watch, such a beautiful colour and superb features. I forgot to add my discount code so emailed cs and they refunded it straight away, never seen this before. Thank you sfl

I ordered a black watch, when the receipt came it said rose gold, so I emailed immediately ( within 10 mins of ordering) to there 24/7customer service this was a friday, they answered Monday pm saying the watch has been dispatched as soon as I get it let them know and they will swap it!
It turned up on the Thursday I emailed straight away , what then occurred was laughable. Over the next 10 days emails asking for a picture to prove it was not unwrapped, I sent a picture no return address I emailed again had to wait as they have decided they have 72 hours to respond.
Eventually get return address was told they have 14 days to process refund as it needs to be quality checked.
Customer service is diabolical they should be banned from selling and closed down..
PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

I have been browsing internet for a few months. Been through many websites to find perfect watch until I came across sfl and I am very happy.

Other websites had usually bad reviews or very slow delivery. Sfl delivered my watch within 2 days and it was nicely packaged.

I have been using watch to track my steps. I track everything properly, so I even put the watch on my ankle to get even better data! And it works! I am so happy I did not have to spend a fortune. I now got great looking and working watch. Thank you

Ordered a smart watch from them. Had an email from Royal Mail saying it had been delivered, only it hadn't been delivered. I phoned Royal Mail, and they told me to wait two days and phone back. I then contacted SFL, explained I never got the watch, and they replied with "well, it says on the royal mail website that it was delivered" and they refused to refund me or replace the watch. Disgusting.
Anyway, I did actually get the watch a few days later. Royal Mail contacted me and said there had been some mix up. So I was happy, until I opened up the box and saw how cheap looking and flimsy the watch was. It also had the wrong colour strap.
The interface looked sooooo cheap, like something from 1985. I was disgusted, and asked the company for a return and refund. They replied, only their return and refund policy is a joke. you have to prove to them that your return request is valid. otherwise they say they wont refund you or only partially refund you. un believable. i've never known a company so awkward and dodgy before. AVOID.

The best watch I have ever had!!! Tracking my sleep and sports, so good.

I would recommend to everybody, fast delivery and great support.

Love my new smart watch. It looks very premium like, nice strap and fits well, the features are also very good. I use it mainly for the sports and steps as I am quite active and it is really good for that. Will be getting another one soon a different style so I can rotate them based on my outfit

False marketing and no recourse. I bought a smartwatch from SFL in March - it had a swim exercise feature and waterproof rating of IP67 which means can be used underwater up to 1m for 30mins as stated in the you tube review by Chris from SFL.
The watch stopped working after a number of swims. When I contacted SFL they stated the spec stated not to use in shower /water. This is different than the original spec which I had checked prior to purchase- I had a screenshot to prove this.
Sophe, the customer service advisor kept replying to my emails with "Water damage is not covered by the warranty. This is because of splash, water, or dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear". The watch was 3 months old.
Sorely disappointed, no refund or exchange.

I ordered a kids smart watch for my son .
But the phone signal is weak in the village . We get 1/2 bars signal on our phone so bought the watch hoping to be able to track and call my son while he’s out . But it won’t pick no signal up at all . Can’t even set it up to put emergency numbers from the app to the phone .
Asked to return it
Company tell me it unrefundable .
I understand none refundable items worked in retail 20+ years . But when a product doesn’t work in your area you are entitled to return it. What use have I got with it with no signal . That’s the hole reason for the watch to track my son while playing out .

I bought a watch from this Smartwatch for Less and it was faulty. After what seems like 100 emails back and forth asking for video and evidence of what was happening, they finally sent me a return address. I checked the website which stated any items that are faulty and returned the sender will receive the cost of return. Fair enough, they also state that the item needs to be tracked on when returning an item otherwise they are not responsible. So I emailed the company with proof of cost with the receipt and a screenshot of the company policy which states the amount for posting an item will be returned. I have now waited for more than 30 days for a reply, which I have not received. Very annoying! I have received a refund for the original watch I bought but not cost of returning the item.
Take my advice, pay a bit more go to a company which won't mess you about, save yourself from the headache!

Very happy with my purchase . Sophie in customer service is incredible and helped me quickly exchange my watch.

Set up was straightforward and very easy. Even my 5year old could connect it.

Had to return watch but was told if it was faulty they would refund postage yet I got new watch eventually but no refund of postage customer service is appalling took one week to respond when I was first having problems .. keep saying refund sent but nothing received .. would never buy again

Ordered on Monday and got it on Wednesday so no issues there. Once I got the parcel it was packaged very securely and the product looked really nice. I opened it and tried to connect but I couldnt figure it out for the life of me. Had to email customer service and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Now it is all good and working perfect. Overall a really great experience, thank you will order again in the future.

This item is perfect for my needs, easy to set up and use, perfect fit and prompt delivery after ordering.

I bought 3 watches from them over past year as it was great gift for my friends. Nobody had issues and everybody loves it!

In love with my new watch and charger! Got it as a bday present from me to me and I love it. The charger looks great in my bedroom and I charge my phone on it over night and it wakes me up with the alarm, has beauitful colours and I am so so surprised how well its working. The watch I got is the zeblaze make and its really good for my steps monitoring, shows me whos calling the weather, such a good tool! Already bought another for my sisters birthday next week! Recommend

Bought this smart watch for its impressive video sales pitch, three months later the screen is scratched, SFL inform me it hasn’t been worn correctly and the video is done under controlled circumstances, now this watch is supposed to withstand being drilled on, crack nuts with and be run over by a tank, yet I scratched it wearing it wrong and they won’t honour the warranty.
