Actually all was very good.
The only thing that I didn't like is the lack of instructions on how to use the services, but Customer service is excellent making the problem with the instruction a minor problem

Great Job for EU Shipping.
Fair pricing, very fast service, extremely responsive. Fragile glass made it from Ireland to Germany with no damage!!
