This is quite scam

This is quite scam. Shame on you. The chrome extension does not work and says the server is down. I wanted to estimate sales for some competitors and paid 20 Euros, but wasted my time and money.
If you want to steal other's money, there are better ways...
Stay away of these scammers....

Great price, great quick features, nice owner

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are talking about The person who runs this is named Scott. Scott has been in contact with me and they've listened to me when I said some things weren't working right they are so very kind and helpful actually a really great company. I've had some software from companies that do things with Amazon that have been absolutely rude and disrespectful. I think this tactical arbitrage and source mogul have had some really decent owners that are very respectful. It's a good software for certain things and it's also affordable which seems to be a problem with some of the softwares. Try it out with a free trial and just cancel before renewal I've had no problems of being charged when I've canceled.

SmartScout auto-renewed my annual…

SmartScout auto-renewed my annual subscription without informing me (reminding customer of this is customary in SaaS world).

I contacted them for a refund but they refused to give one.

Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your review. We just wanted to add some context here. We did inform you in our Terms of Use about the nature of these charges, which you agreed to. We also received no communication for any sort of cancelation or discontinuation of the service prior to the renewal. As such, we were not able to offer a refund, out of fairness to our other customers. We have gone in and set your account to cancel at the end of the current period so that no further charges come up. Thank you and have a nice day.

Auto-renewed with no prior…

Auto-renewed with no prior notification. When I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, Henry blew me off and basically said sorry, I don't care that you aren't in the Amazon business and never use the application, I'm taking your money anyway. This company is a complete ripoff artist. Beware!

Unfortunately, the payment was already over 10 days old at the time of your first message, meaning we really had no ability to bend any policies and offer you the refund, out of fairness to our other customers. SmartScout is by far my favorite tool…

SmartScout is by far my favorite tool for selling on Amazon and I have tried THEM ALL! This tool gives me a competitive edge by allowing me to look at the competition in a way that no other tool allows. The way data is presented is brilliant. Plus their customer service and team is really great.
