Excellent… Great jobs always. Good pricing, beautiful product and fantastic service.

This was my first order and it was great, until it never arrived. I appealed to the customer service team, the AWESOME customer service team and they jumped through hoops to make it right. This was professional customer service and I am committed to more and more orders. I love the experience and recommend Smartpress to everyone needed their professional service.

These folks printed our order so fast I’m pretty sure it time-traveled here. Unfortunately, a few of the prints looked like they had also been through a wormhole.

When I flagged it, they didn’t argue, deflect, or ghost me. They refunded the entire order immediately. Not what I asked for. Not what I expected. Absolutely what won me over.

Speed plus accountability beats slow perfection any day. We’ll be back.

Smartpress was great to work with, once again! They have always been my go-to personal printer but I used them for the first time for a corporate Christmas card order. The order was large with a lot of smaller pieces and they knocked it out of the park. My customer service representative, John, was in constant communication with me and I always knew what stage of production we were in. There was one minor issue with the envelopes and John handled it immediately and still shipped everything to me on time.

Customer service is usually great at responding, and this was no different. Some packages were damaged by FedEx, and Smartpress took away some of our shipping cost to make up for it...

Print quality was great, color and paper quality was excellent. When ordering the trifold brochure, I had to upload my pdf twice, not realizing the fold options on your site. But otherwise, communication was excellent throughout the whole process for my first time of printing with you. I would definitely use Smartpress again!

We Uses Smartpress for the first time to order brochures. They came our beautiful and were delivered in a timely manner, very pleased.

I've used Smartpress for several years now and have had great experiences. I order cards and calendars for my fine art business and the quality has always been great, with fast turnaround time and prompt shipping.

My small team has been working with Smartpress since 2021. Biannually, we have ordered about 200 perfect bound booklets and have had really pleasant experiences for the most part. Their team was quick to respond to questions and concerns and the quality of the product was fantastic.

However, our experience this past Fall has left my team questioning whether we can continue to work with Smartpress. After a pretty involved process making edits to our digital proofs, we received our physical books with significant quality issues. The laminate on the covers was chipping and cracking and multiple pages throughout were low resolution. I later found out that this issue was caused by individual pages being uploaded into their software which our account representative explained should have never been done. This only happened because the pre-printing tech assigned to the order told me to submit new files this way.

Throughout the process, I felt like I must have been working with a new employee that was both not aware of my team's history with the company (questioning me about my print files as if I don't know what a PDF is) and that quality control for the product was overlooked once it was printed. I also felt like I was getting bounced around to multiple techs while working on the proof and didn't feel like I could trust everyone I was in contact with.

By the time the booklets were received, we were a week out from the event they would be distributed at. Once our account representative got involved, the issues were addressed and I'm grateful that Smartpress took the whole order back and provided a refund. However, my team had to find a local printer to fulfill a rush order last minute. It cost us thousands of dollars extra.

I'm still confused as to how this could have happened to consistent (and happy!) customers with this company. Still deciding whether to move forward with Smartpress for our next project.
