Customer service issue
While the contents of the Mind, Body and Soil box were lovely, sadly, the website is difficult to navigate when you want to end your subscription. There is no link to manage it at all.
They also sent out an email saying that I had until X date to decide if I wanted the next box but then said I was too late. They said that email (sent to existing customers) gave the date for new customers. Sounds like their mistake!
However, customer services were unmoving and suggest that for those who have issues, they will not be co-operative so I would suggest that unless you want a lifetime's subscription, you might like to avoid.
