Good product.
Great box. Reasonable build quality. Would have liked a bigger version to be available but this will work.nicely and the couriers are already using it.

I asked for my full address to be painted on the box. When the box arrived the address was not painted in full. I should have been advised about this before the order was fulfilled but no communication was made..

Dear Peter,
Thank you for your review.
To briefly address your comments, our 'Personalisation' feature is not painted. Via the listing you have ordered from, it states "The box features a bespoke decal sticker that is super strong and weatherproof.". The sticker is then created based on the text that you input at the time of ordering. In this case, you inputted a 'House Number' and 'Street Name' in the required fields. A 'full' address is not something we offer/advertise with our Personalisation option. Furthermore, we have searched our email systems/call logs and are unable to locate any prior-purchase contact.
If there has been any confusion/you feel that something was mis-advised/represented, we would like the opportunity to address this immediately. Can you please get in touch with us directly (email - support@smartparcelbox.com or via telephone - 0121 368 0051) if you wish to discuss this further?
Thank you again for your feedback.
Best regards

Parcel box - a treat for the postman!
Despatched very quickly. Received day after order received by supplier. Minor damage to carton, but cabinet protected by packaging. Customer service response was very good, and quick.
Product appears to be of good quality. It was easy to fix to wall with included fittings.
It is a great improvement over the very old one we had before.
