I was disappointed that the lock system has not been upgraded. The key is very flimsy and sticks. I left my previous box (same medium size and colour) with a house that I sold but needed a parcel/post box for my new property. It’s just that one flaw which should have been sorted by now, especially as the price had increased.
Quality product, quick delivery
It stops my dog from eating the post which is great, and is big enough to take on medium parcels so they don't have to stay visible outside
Simple but effective.
first class product - excellent service
Very nice 👍
Seems to be well made and is easy for everyone to use, including the postman. It’s not easy to fix to a pebble dashed wall and I found it best to attach some wooden bearers to the wall and then fix the box to the bearers. For this approach, you need wall plugs and screws that are at least an inch longer than those provided. Also, access for putting the top set of screws in is not easy working inside the box, as they are not in line with the door opening.
I am very pleased with this parcel box which arrived very quickly. It was easy to bolt to the wall and it seems good quality.
Early days but it appears just what we need for parcels too big for the letter box that the Post Office guys would return to the depot requiring us to re-schedule and then be at home. Quite a big box (stated outside dimensions accurate) so adequate installation space needed but easy to attach to a wall.
Great product all round
