When I received the item it was way to small so I contacted customer service they said they ship a new one larger size that was in January never got it, Would never recommend this company.

Some ideas don't always work for every body

Was not the quality I was expecting. Too many false alerts. Video has too many freezes

The unit I Purchased did not function properly, and I wanted to return it… It took three weeks plus and several back-and-forth duplicate emails – suggesting they didn’t read the first ones I sent end before they finally approved my return and credit. Unfortunately, I had already returned the unit back to an address from which it was originally sent, and of course, they emailed their approval with a different return address than the one I returned the unit to. My credit card company is still investigating the matter, but did credit my account back with the purchase price… I have heard nothing from the vendor since that time.

they sent it to the wrong address and now making me wait till they recieve it back just to do it right so now im on month 2.5 with nothing i purchased i will be never ordering from them again

I purchased a camera from Smart Good but it was not compatible with the Internet system I have so I returned it. Smart Good kept me up to date with the process of delivery during this Covid-19 season. I'm also appreciative of the care and professional approach they took in handling my return. Thank you for the great customer service!!!

I love these Surveillance cameras and they were pretty easy to install. I will be ordering more from this company for house and business. Do you sell something similar for cars as well.

When I received my Video Doorbell V5 the battries were not charged so I charged them for thr recomended 14hours, it would not work so I did a reset and did the charge for an other 14 hours still not working.
So icontacted Smardgoods by email and explained what I had done and told them that I was sending it back for a refund.
They told me how to return it and I did as they instructed

Misleading Shipping Information. When purchased this item, I specifically asked where it was going to be shipped from, and was told it was manufactured in the United States which is where it would come from. When it took longer then the delivery time advertised, I emailed, and was informed that the US Plant was out of stock, so it was come from, you guessed it! China!. I don't do businesses that are misleading. When I finally received the product, there were no instruction in with it, so it is not yet installed. Never again.

I had no problem with the camera just the time it took to get my first camera seemed like it took forever but I understand it was because of the covid-19 I bought two more and they came in at a very timely manner I was very satisfied by which the camera works and the craftsmanship of the camera I will truly let other people know about this product because it is a very good product I will buy more only thing I say right now is that you guys are pricing your cameras way too high I bought my first one for around $60 I think they are now that they're like 85

i had a camera go bad in 31 days and the warranty was only 30 days they told me it is out of warranty. you can not call them they have no phone service

The camera worked good when it was online but the app kept loosing the network and would have to reset.

Great customer service! If you have a problem they work to solve it and fast. Great product and a great company to deal with!
