Bought an iPad Mini 4 for my daughter's birthday. When I received it the device reported to charge to 29% then immediately died when removed from power.

Even when on charge I cannot even complete the setup before the devices dies.

If this is "certified refurbished" I'd hate to see uncertified.

First comment is that I’ve used the service for many years for many products and from my point of view this review is just par for the course…

I’ve had my latest SmartFoneStore acquired iPhone for 2 weeks and it’s working as well as expected and is in as good as expected or better for the grade.

À voir avec le temps mais pour l'instant plus que satisfait. J'ai un peu du mal à comprendre certains avis très négatifs car pour moi tout s'est plus que bien passé. J'ai commandé un Oppo sur Backmarket avec ce revendeur et j'ai été livré plus vite que prévu, livraison soignée par UPS (oui oui !), produit très bien empaqueté. Honnêtement difficile de savoir que c'est un reconditionné et non un neuf (je précise que j'ai pris en Parfait État). J'ai par la suite effectué quelques tests et vu les "entrailles" du téléphone pour être sûr de l'état et aucun problème à signaler, surtout au niveau de la batterie qui est bonne ! Voilà, à voir maintenant avec le temps si ça va tenir, mais je ne me fais pas de soucis ! Encore merci et à bientôt !

Vraiment du foutage de gueul. Il m’envoie le produit avec une batterie a 87%. C’est quoi ça la batterie est à 2% de ne pas avoir une capacité de batterie non optimale. Et maintenant on doit changer nous même la batterie.

J'ai reçu un iphone SE 2020 dans un emballage plutôt approximatif. L'état était celui que j'attendais mais le portable ne chargeait pas, même en essayant avec plusieurs câbles. A croire qu'ils ne testent pas leurs portables avant envoi. J'ai rajouté une étoile car malgré tout le SAV a été plutôt efficace et j'ai pu être remboursé.

Excellent service and product. Despite postal workers strike delivered in two days. Description on site classed phone as “very good”, on very close examination I couldn’t find a single blemish on it. It could easily be mistaken for new. Well done SmartFoneStore.
