Soup is actually quite tasty…
Soup is actually quite tasty which is a bonus.
I've taken it now for Over two years on a weekly basis, and I am hoping it is helping my diabetes levels.

Great Service and Price!
The soup has made a huge difference to our health. My blood sugars are normal and my husband's have stabilised. Our BP is down, too. Great service from Smarter Naturally!

It works and I'm not a company stooge!
It reduced my blood sugar to the extent that I was in the clear at my 6 monthly check up. The nurse told me the drop (four points) was 'massive'.
It's worth the revolting taste/texture and all the farting it causes the afternoon after drinking it.

I had an HbA1c of 46. Now it's 36.
I ate badly and I had an HbA1c of 46. Doctor said "you're about to be clinically diabetic" That was October 2022. I started these soups in January 2023. By October 23 my HbA1c was 41 and a year on in September 24 my HbA1c is 36 and absolutely normal. They've almost been too effective because I have done very little else in terms of lifestyle change. Sure they're a bit wearing to eat each week. Personally, soy sauce and a sprinkling of grated mozarella helps make them palatable. But hey, it's a whole lot better than diabetes.

Should be the first thing on everyone’s shopping list!
This is such a good health hack food. I switch it in for my normal office lunch once or twice a week and I always feel better for it, especially given the superb longer term science-backed potential health benefits.

I’ve been trying the BrocAffex powder…
I’ve been trying the BrocAffex powder now for almost a month and I find it really helps with my energy levels as well as overall mental sharpness. The extra energy allows me to have a harder workout so I am seeing an improvement in my overall fitness and weight loss goals already. This has enhanced my performance and well-being!

I like the idea of this soup but was…
I like the idea of this soup but was very saddened to find out it is not organic. Broccoli is one of the top vegetables for pesticide contamination in the UK so a product that is being promoted as healthy really should be pesticide free.
I absolutely love broccoli and have found this to be quite disgusting in taste- however after one packet I lost 3lbs without changing my diet at all. I know lots of people fluctuate a few pounds but I literally never do so I put it down to the soup because that was the only difference in diet.
If they ever bring out an organic version I will be signing up immediately!

What a fantastic product
What a fantastic product. Read an article about the soup. Was feeling a bit like my diabetes was spiralling and hard to manage - my HBA1C went from 8.8 to 6.1 in 6 months. Very happy.

Fantastic soup & great service
Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2020, I started using Smarter Naturally Soup. It helped lower my hbA1c levels, and I've been in remission for over two years. Highly recommend it.

Reducing Hb1Ac in Type 2 diabetes…
I was diagnosed in early 2020 with type 2 diabetes which I elected to treat by lifestyle change and diet. In 2022 I read the Guardian article on Smarternaturally which I started using as an aid to reducing my HbA1c level. I have been in remission for over 2 years.

GREAT PRODUCT AND SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
The soup is delicious with the addition of salt and pepper and a dash of chilli sauce.
I recently had a minor problem with my subscription, (my fault) which was responded to within the hour and resolved 8 hours later by Natasha, who is a real credit to the company.

My weekly ritual of goodness.
A quick soup to make and knowing the goodness in it and the benefits Smarter Naturally has become a weekly ritual. Also great to know that after being advised to try and lower my Cholesterol I was given 3months before meds would be prescribed. SN worked its magic.

Regaining control of my diabetes
I really enjoy my weekly soup. I often add other vegetables to it and quite often grated cheese. If I’m feeling very naughty I add a spoonful of cream, but yoghurt is also a great addition.
It is useful having a reminder from SmarterNaturally as I can never remember what day of the week it is. It’s also a good reminder to carry on with a low carb diet
