I greatly prefer this site over sitejabber which is either not well made or has very biased and/or hateful people that manage the website. I went to leave a review of a different company and I couldn't login. I do not know the exact source of this glitch or whatever you want to call it. But believe it or not, I have had experiences with web companies that play hateful games with their users/customers (in the somewhat more distant past). So I chalk this up to either sheer incompetence or outright bias as I haven't had much problem with other websites recently. I do not recommend it to anyone. And yes, I am posting a review on a review site about a bad review site. The world can be a ridiculous place.

so I might expand on this later....

but basically 2 things:

1) the view count on SJ is false. it's wrong. the view count will increase before your review goes live, and will also increase when your review is not publically visible.

2) importantly, SJ shadow censors. your reviews and comments will/might only be visible from your own login. log out, and they won't exist publically.

internet tip: when you submit content anywhere, log out and check your content is still visible.

Its a data aggregation site - be prepared to get spammed.once i posted my review on sitejabber i got a flurry of spam. i know this because i created a single email for sitejabber.com reviews. also, they require your mobile phone number - that tells you they are not interested in your reviews but really your personal data.

Hmmm...when I publish negative reviews on this site, they get published. When I post positive ones, I can't seem to find them. It appears they weren't published. What is this organization's business model? It is really to inform people of positive and negative experiences with businesses? Or is there a more sinister objective at play? I heard from a friend that this company publishes negative reviews, boosts the SEO of their site in search results, and then holds the company's reputation hostage in exchange for a fee. Not very credible to say the least. I'm reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent trustworthy review site designed for the costumers not the company's. staff are easy to work with and always reply quickly and to the best of their ability Sitejabber doesn't have the same laws or stiff rules Trustpilot has where the company's clearly manipulate this to their benefit. No give me Sitejabber any day over Trustpilot who i don't trust at all.

better than trust pilot in some regards however they manually review stuff and they often do not post things because they want business to pay them so not ethical, i wonder if sitejabber and trustpilot are run by same people

After spending a lot of time writing reviews on other websites, I've found SiteJabber to have an easy-to-use website with a great user interphase experience. Similarly to other reviews sites, there are always some reviews that get through that have nothing to do with the company, are completely unhelpful, or are gibberish, but I've had that experience less with SiteJabber than Trustpilot. SiteJabber does have about 1.5 million site visits per day (as per SimilarWeb) compared to Trustpilot's 30 million+ per day, but I like their site a lot especially with the community of reviewers. I like that users can see how many times their reviews were viewed, one another's votes on each review, and reviewers' fans.Overall great experience

This is a great website! I always check it when dealing with online services. It helped me to stay off the poor services and check only the best, so most of my online experiences are free from troubles. This was a great idea indeed, and good that the website moderators do not intervene a lot. Reviews sound natural and looks like they easily recognize fake ones to delete them.

Horrible, fake reviews, they don't remove the the spam reviews and it's just a bad way of getting info

I placed a review on Sitejabber for DHGATE and I had hoped that they would help me, They are NO different to DHGATE scammers who take your money and do NOT send any items.
This site was meant to help and I have now been totally ignored by Sitejabber.
I had messaged a DHGATE rep and they say they cant help... More to the point they WON'T HELP ME, My order number is 3171106911 and they have now IGNORED me, DHGATE have stolen money from me and the seller who is HIHIR1219.

I have waited 4 months and DHGATE thinks this is acceptable!
I am totally disgusted with them all, I am a pensioner and they have robbed me of my pension, I just hope that their parents do not suffer the way I have.

Posted my review and then a few days later took it down and ghosted me. Looks like they are actually an online scam to extort companies by posting negative reviews, and then removing them, I presume for a fee.

I've tried leaving a couple reviews on sitejabber, both times the reviews were never posted, what's the point?

Way better than Trustpilot so far. Not deleting reviews just because they are unflattering for the company. Sadly also lack of control over some seemingly fake reviews. But definitely more reliable than Trustpilot
