Ich habe dieses Mal über Apple Pay 3 Masken zum Sonderpreis bestellt aber weder eine Bestätigungsemail bekommen, noch hat jemand auf meine Nachfrage-EMail reagiert? Das Geld ist aber auf dem Konto abgebucht. Kann mir hier helfen?

As well as providing excellent, high quality protective masks, which are invaluable at present, Smartcover also provide excellent customer service. I raised a concern because I had made a small mistake in completing my order and they got back to me in less than a day at the weekend to confirm that there would be no problem with processing my order.

Die Maske ist angenehm zu tragen und die Atmung fällt relativ leicht. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass die Brille nicht mehr so stark beschlägt.

Mascherina leggera, si adatta perfettamente al viso e nonostante sia ffp2, usarla per molte ore non è fastidioso o difficoltoso. Oltretutto ha anche una linea elegante, che non guasta mai. Ottimo acquisto.

I have ordered The SmartCover 3-Layer at least 2 times and then ordered the FFP2 reusable mask recently last Oct, and re-ordered to take advantage of the Black Friday savings.
I echo what so many other customers have said. Either mask is light, comfortable and very breathable. I wear no other masks and have given several as gifts to special friends. They have all been pleased with the quality and comfort. Having to take the train last September, I was apprehensive about wearing a mask for 5 hours (except eating/drinking.) I was so pleased to have these masks. (I would have been upset if I wore those horrid blue medical masks, They gape at the sides, can only be worn max. for 4 hrs. & uncomfortable on the skin.) In addition, the customer service at SmartCover is exemplary; their response time is excellent - often 24 hours although they state 24-72 hours.

I have found smart cover a very easy company to deal with. Their masks are the best ones I have found, very comfortable and easy to adjust do they fit well. I would definitely buy them again

However I was unable to select a UK delivery so emailed Smart cover to enquire if still available in UK. I bought some Smart Cover masks first time round in the pandemic. I am very high risk for a few reasons so I chose masks developed by those who knew what was needed not just to make money. they also benefitted others. On rare occasions I do go out now, usually hospital appointments , jabs, I have felt safer. I'm more than pleased to now buy the lastest versions. Highly recommended

This is not the first time I bought from SmartCover.

In 2019 -before we were in duty to wear FFP2- I was searching for a mask that would let me breath during my pregnancy. Medical masks were horrible and I was so desperate.
Luckily I found out about SmartCover and it really relieved the times I had to go out and wear a mask! 🙌🏻

By now, I’m quite sick of wearing masks to throw them away after a short time and be supporting these throw-away-community…! So again, I found my way to SC and bought the reusable FFP2. 👍🏻 (It took me a while, I admit.. but what’s important?: That I finally made it! 💪🏻)

I recommend the masks as well as the support team! Angelo came back to me within 24hrs by helping his German supporter team mates out -he replied friendly, detailed and even apologized for using a translator (so I went over to English, which he was grateful thanking. 😇)

Really well made and put together. I'd personally like to see a bigger mask in the bottom 50% of the mask, to allow covering of a big beard. My only minor criticism tbh.
