I've been trying to withdraw 10000 pounds for nearly a month now all I get in chat is the same thing over and over again that doesn't work and when I ask them to remove bonus there end as I can't do it they keel telling same thing that doesn't work they've limited my account now so I can't play it but I can't withdraw as they won't cancel active bonus that I'm asking to do and legally they should do so I can withdraw funds they keep saying I'm in an onoign session on blueprint but I can't get on it to close it as they have limited my account so what do I do ?

Made a first deposit. Payment went thru, but not the registration. I wrote to support, took time for them to reply and they asked for transaction ID proof, which I sent.

They stopped responding. Multiple mails and still ignoring. So I'm in the process with reporting them to police and bank. After that I'm gonna sue them. They are going to have to pay me the amount I desposited for each and every day they have ignored me up until this point.

Instead of resolving this. They now getting sued. Good job slotstars, way to hit the casino market, scamming people.

I made a deposit to Slotstars as i've done few times before. This time, after the deposit was deducted from my bank account i got a prompt that i need to register my account. As I've already done this long time ago I can't do it again cause i got an error message that the email and user name are already in use.

Every time i try to login i get this register prompt. So now i can't login to site and my deposit is hanging there.
During the week i have send multiple emails to support and been sitting in chat without a single answer or contact from support. Totally ignored be them. I don't recommend to use this site as there is no customer service, if something goes wrong.

Update:
After the Slotstars answer to this review I send 2 more emails but they haven't answer to any emails.

As I can't login to site it's hard to use customer chat that is for logged in users only. However you can activate chat from deposit window even you're not logged in. First I sat there for 3 hours then another day for 6 hours without a single word from customer service.
I even tried to use different email just to get myself logged in so i can use the chat correctly. Didn't work either.
Instead of answering support emails they tend to reply quite fast to bad customer reviews on other sites. Of course all their replies on other sites are these generic copy/paste replies that you can see also in here.
I don't hold my breath but for the last time if someone from Slotstars sees this, please answer my email send from juha.oj***mi (at) gmail . com. My player name is oiva1977.
Guess my only option is to do chargeback with a help of my bank.
