I have been waiting over a week for a reply to my emails and live chat regarding withdrawals. The live chat feature is the opposite of anything ‘live’ and becomes an issues as someone I want to withdraw. Not a good service at all.

Don’t bother.
You can deposit no questions asked but soon as you want to withdraw you have to verify your self…. To get your own money back… I have bills coming out and it’s now stuck in somebody else’s account whilst they kindly look after it for me. untill one day I might get a reply from customer support that will actually tell me why I still haven’t been verified after 4 days. I’m currently trying to raise the issue with I.B.A.S

Takes ages to get a reply from customer service. It’s been a more than a week now and is still not verified. I have requested a refund, nothing happens. I recommend other sights that are less complicated concerning registration. This is pure garbage. For example Happyslots.io. They fixed an account in 2 minutes

I won money and have sent off the correct documents. When I go to withdraw the funds they say my id needs to be approved although I have received an email saying this have been verified.
I have tried sending numerous emails and the online chat have not helped or responded to get me my money.

Missing money
jag försökte sätta in 50 tusen kronor till mitt casino konto. Pengarna lämnade mitt bankkonto men efter 6 dagar och vidare så har pengarna inte kommit till mitt casino eller tillbaka till mitt bankkonto. Det är ju sinnesjukt hur pengar kan bara försvinna så enkelt. Jag kontaktade kundtjänsten som tar evigheter för att svara, då säger dem att de inte ser någon transaktion att jag gjorde insättning. Min bank säger att pengarna måste ha nått mottagaren då de inte är reserverad belopp. Jag visade kvittot också liksom. Väldigt oseriöst casino som det ser ut just nu.
