casino deliberately declining my funding documents
So I won £6000 on Sunday past I tried to withdraw but was unable had to do my own research which said I’d have to upload documents so I did but the only option for documents there is are funding evidence so I uploaded bank statements for the months of January and december which were declined? Which surely is the best way of proving that but anyway I then sent receipts for my winnings from BET365 guess what declined then I tried just my income from my job being paid into my bank also declined, what the hell am I supposed to upload if they are just going to decline everything? They don’t reply to emails there chat is useless I’m not begging to thing that they are going to avoid paying me my fair winnings this is unnaceptable surely there is a law against this? can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

withdrawing- verifying documents service is not acceptable
Trouble withdrawing -asking for different types of proof and nothing works for verification - they want me to tell them when I won the money and how much and what game. So I go into game history and can see where I won - it says win but doesn't tell me how much so I don't have the answer - and shouldn't they know this information !! they have better access then I do - this is crazy. Very poor to deal with - to bad for I did like the site but this response and treatment for withdraw is painful. I keep sending in document to get verified and each time they say it not accepted. I use the same documents files for other casino and not a problem. So I re-scan my ID and internet bill and get the same error. Very frustrated - when I look at the documents they seem fine. So what is the issue with them - they are not specific just sent the same response with a list of instructions - clear pic, clolour etc, not able to verify and state this on each attempt

Not able to withdraw money
Not able to withdraw £150. It keeps asking me to upload documents of my income- I’ve uploaded 3 payslips and my P60 but it keeps getting declined. Nobody will answer any emails and they don’t have a contact number. There is literally nothing else I can upload. They’ve approved my bank card & my ID but my payslips and P60 keeps getting declined. It keeps saying they are a duplicate but they won’t accept them!!! So I have now lost £150!!!!!!

They have not been accepted as I have been asked to upload them over and over again. Not one has been accepted but they are now being classed as duplicate documents. How can they be accepted and a duplicate at the same time. I have also requested a call back- I have been waiting since Monday 10th July for this so that is no help. You get absolutely zero help from anybody. Everybody in the chat says the same things to you and nobody replies to your emails. Avoid this casino at all costs unless you want to chuck your money away!!!!!

Terrible site. Very up setting. You can deposit & have as much money as you like deposited. The minute you want to withdraw your stroke of luck winnings. You have to verify your identity. All done 👍.
